Greats sales, but inexperienced labour force
Installers drilled holes in interior cedar woodwork without asking us on where control panels should be located. Ended up with air controller panel on our stairwell ie have to stand halfway up stairs to set temperature.
PVC drain pipes on the units in the ceiling were not glued resulting in leaks and having to replace Gyproc ceiling
Ducting separated in multiple locations at the joins pumping hot / cold air into the roof cavity.
When asked to remediate Dunnair hid behind their multiple company fronts Dunnair Australia / Dunnair International / Multistack insinuating - not their responsibility
Wester Noronha from Dunnair s final comment: Once again don t contact us ,we will not be replying to any of your email
I now have to pay an additional $5k to fix the above issues.
