Horrible customer service!! Paid for a doll from them via PayPal and after charging me for it they kept on giving me the run around. One person one day would tell me yes, my order was there and it would ship tomorrow. Then another person would email me saying my order had been declined via PayPal (which was not true since I could trace the charge all the way through PayPal to my credit card). So, after two weeks of dealing with their incompetence I filed a dispute with PayPal. Ending still TBD. Do not order from them!

I purchased a plush blanket from Walmart that had black dots over the design that wasn't supposed to be there got in touch with the manufacturer and spoke with Risa from Jay Franco & Sons she sent a replacement immediately that I got from NYC to Canada, was really impressed as she went above & beyond by sending a blanket, pillow & throw as a surprise that I got in 2 days. Had a great pleasure dealing with Risa, thank you so much . I recommend this company & their products based on the positive experience & Interactions.

I ve found 3 needles in my daughters Moana comforter now after she was pricked by one. I have reached out a couple of times. They got back to me right away and resolved the issue. I love the customer support here especially Risa she was an angel. She ll deny being an angel but that s what angels do. I will definitely be buying their products and recommending them to everybody.

This company is awful. I ordered a Boxy Girl for my daughter and while placing the order from my phone, the system queued in an additional $50 dollar item as I thought I was confirming the order. I called to cancel, and was told they cannot see the order in their system for 24-48 hours which is a complete lie, as I have the confirmation # immediately. I then emailed the company, as instructed by the phone agent, requesting a cancellation, copying the order # and requesting a return confirmation of cancellation. No surprise here, I received a notice a week later my account was charged. When I contacted to request the cancellation yet again, I was told I must now refuse the package. Finally, after much conversation about poor and deceptive businesses, the order is supposedly cancelled and I am to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Extremely poor business practices.
