I worked closely with Carson over at Jenson and I'm so stoked I did. He was extremely helpful in getting me set up - with fit, components, shipping, you name it. He patiently answered my many (many!) emails and questions. I love my bike! I can't talk Carson and his team up enough. Super grateful I found this bike and had Carson on the sales/ tech side to finalize the purchase. Thank you!

I bought a SC Jackal from a person in Riverside, CA. I paid top dollar for it. The bike was like new and had zero scratches. The person I bought the bike from asked Jenson to package it before they shipped it to me. Whoever packaged it did a bad job. They did not put anything between the handlebar and frame when they attached it to the frame and the frame arrived all scratched. This could have been totally avoided. Thanks Jenson

This is not my first time shopping here however...... Don't Take a chance with this shop on anything backordered - you will be disappointed. I made my order for a product in April with an ETA of 15 May. That then changed from 15 May to 30 June. Note: I was not notified of ETA change, I found that out by looking at the website. After which the 30 June ETA went away completely and product was taken off the site, I was not notified of any changes then either until I asked some time later. At this point I was getting a little worried so I contacted the manufacturer to see if they were still shipping 2021 models. I was told that they had sold all of their 2021 stock but were still shipping orders. Jenson assured me that they had placed an order well before the cutoff date and that it would come. Fast forward to October and only after asking about my order, Jenson tells me the MFG for my product has moved on to 2022 models and that there was little likelihood of me actually getting my product and that I would need to place another order for the 2022 year model. They never assured whether I would be prioritized for a 2022 model so I canceled my order. Afterwords I receive an email from another Jenson representative stating that they usually do move customers on to the next model year however my order had not made it to that point. This I could not understand, how the hell not if the MFG had moved on the the next model year. Why was I not contacted when Jenson found out about this? Needless to say this was an upsetting experience. Perhaps I'm being dramatic but 6 months waiting along with a mixed bag communications from this shop was enough.

Ordered a bike from them with their well advertised free shipping! Don t be fooled, they charge and oversize fee of $75. I only live about 300 miles from them. They will probably charge more if you live further. All bikes would be considered oversized, so don t advertise free shipping, it s not. I canceled the order because of I decide I don t like the bike with their 90-day policy, who knows what I ll get charged to ship it back and then a $500 restocking fee!

Spoke with Darin about a bike. He was very helpful. It was obvious that he was a riding enthusiast. He was able to answer all my technical questions and was friendly and professional. As hard as it was to part with such a large chunk of change, he made the experience painless. Actually it was a pleasure. The change I made to one component was done correctly and the bike was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend Jenson to someone looking for a bike or bike parts.

Carson was a huge help in building out a custom Evil V2 Offering! His responses and advice throughout the build process was timely and concise. He was very nice and friendly throughout the process, it would be cool to have been able to ride a lap with him so he could see how much of a success this has been. I would do business with Jenson again, hands down.

I was having problems getting through and my call dropped. They called me back. I was trying to decide on a repair or replacement for my mountain bike rear shock. They were professional, knowledgeable and walked me though the options. I ended up with a better deal than I expected and the new shock arrived in days.
