I purchased a plush blanket from Walmart that had black dots over the design that wasn't supposed to be there got in touch with the manufacturer and spoke with Risa from Jay Franco & Sons she sent a replacement immediately that I got from NYC to Canada, was really impressed as she went above & beyond by sending a blanket, pillow & throw as a surprise that I got in 2 days.
