Java Junction

I have come to the stand only three times, so I can only base what I know out of My last two experiences. The first time I came through was a great experience, I got two redbulls the lady put gummy bears on top and had great customer service and I thought this place was amazing so I sought to make it my daily stand. The second time my boyfriend and I came through, we got to the same drinks, and they made his drink incorrect. I believe the manager let him have a free drink because of the situation. But for my third time, it is 6 o clock in the morning, I am up for work, and I wanted to get a cup of coffee so I went through to get two Americanos with sugar-free white chocolate sugar-free caramel and a little bit of heavy cream in a 24 ounce. The lady made it for us but she took 10 minutes to make two drinks with no other customers, and she filled up half my drink with heavy cream so when I drove away it taste like I have melted ice cream in a cup. The girl didn t talk to us she just rudely made our drinks and glared at me. I am upset because I ve spent over 20$ on drinks that don t taste good.
