Horrible agency. I have had a business policy that has gotten renewed year after year. No one from the Ridley Agency has EVER reached out to review my coverage, check in on my business, or just say Thank You for continued business.

I finally did have a claim on my business and learned that my coverage was insufficient and that the policy was not appropriate for the type of business that I'm in.

I was treated horribly by the Jason Ridley Agency in that they didn't return phone calls as promised, they never followed up, they offered zero guidance before or during the claim process. They literally told me that they couldn't explain my coverage, couldn't guide me in best practices, and referred me to file a claim and figure it out from there.

The result is an $80,000 loss to my business that cannot be recovered. As a business owner, I did everything 'right' in that I trusted 'the professionals' to guide me, I paid my premiums every year on time, and was left completely exposed and mishandled.

This should NOT be your agency of choice!
