Terrible customer service. I asked if someone could give me a call should an item come in that my 8 year old son really wanted. I was basically told no. Another time, when one minute to closing time, I was basically summoned out the door.
This is the only place I know about to buy Christ Centered greeting cards.

The service is deplorable. I ordered 14 day candles. First they sent the wrong ones, now they won't return them and won't give us our money back. It only took us 6 months to get the right candles

I ordered a painting from this company online. One month passed and it failed to arrived. I contacted the company by phone and e-mail and received one response letting me know that they would look into the situation and call me the next morning. Two days passed. I e-mailed twice with no response. I put up a one star Google review in order to get a response from them and that worked. I was contacted instantly and was assured that my painting was en route and that they would update their website to let people know that the particular painting I ordered has a lead time of 2-3 weeks (at least). The painting did arrive and I've waited two weeks to go back and check the website to see if they did, in fact, include the note on their webpage for the painting letting others know to expect a delay but they have not done so. No change is noted. I'm upping my review from a 1 star to a 3 star because while the painting did arrive, the employee I was dealing with seemed to lack understanding as to what makes for good customer service. Also, the promises of updating their website so as to help other customers avoid the same problem I had has not been followed up on. I'm still feeling very hesitant to recommend this company to others and would still offer a word of caution. It's possible to do better but there seems to be a lack of desire to do so. I'd be happy to be convinced otherwise! ** They DID refund my shipping cost which was very much appreciated considering the hassle!

Love going and visiting this Christian store. They have a great range of variety items from the book section to incense. I love going thru their pin selection. Wonderful selection on bible figures. I strongly recommend this store to everybody.
Horrible customer service! Ordered a product and never received it! Had to call and track my package down 4 different times over the course of 2 months. Finally just canceled the order and got a refund. They could careless about the customer. Sad to say that because I love stores like this.
A truly wonderful Catholic refuge in a largely Protestant area. This shop boasts a great quantity of pious goods, which have made a marvelous contribution to my prayer altar and book collection.
I would recommend this to a Catholic or a person looking to buy Biblical items. I would buy The Holy Bible from them if and when needed. But if you are not a person caring for denomination you might not care that it is mostly Catholic (if not specialized towards Catholicism). I like the variety they have to order in their stock of Bibles. They can engrave items is what they told me. But you can inquire by calling them for the price on engraving. First Communion books can be bought at this location as well as rosaries. Check it out if you are curious about Christianity.
