Good attention and service! On the day of departure you can be provided with a courtesy room (obviously the room is for showering and little else) and so you can continue enjoying the whole day of the beach and pool until the last minute and a storage space for luggage.

Very good stay out of summer season in an idyllic setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the sea view is very exotic. The hotel club is separated into 2 parts (family and adult only), I think everyone is there. The common areas (circulations and outside aisles could be better maintained, ie cleaned more regularly of cups, bottles and plates left by customers clean and well maintained room on a regular basis without inconvenience.Hospital staff very eager but kind. Cuisine more focused on the quantity than quality and originality but nothing surprising in this kind of product.Various animations and quality. The extras may seem a bit expensive (wifi, safe ...) .I have seen many hotels During my stay I think this one is ideal to radiate on the island.A small supermarket next to the hotel for repairs, some shops in the hotel by cons for more animation you have to go to Morro Jable.

I think the photo of the chair says it all. This place needs a makeover, and a chef with some idea about what people who think they are getting 5 star service want to eat.
Having said that, if you pay even more of your hard earned cash you can have a black wrist band. This gives you branded drinks and occasional waiter service. Also it is only all inclusive between 9.30 am and 11.00 pm. So not really all inclusive. Don't worry though if you pay even more of your hard earned cash you can have tea and coffee making facilities. On the plus side, the phone companies have scrapped roaming charges. Good job because you have to pay extra again for wifi. Weather was superb though, mother nature sorted that out. Who knows what would have happened if it was left to the hotel staff to organise. They can't put any fizz in a drinks machine at lunch time.

Dear Club, please search under room number 2203 / 09.03. Arrival, we immediately rebooked the first day in the evening in the RobinsonClub, which ironically or ridiculously only has 3 TUI suns in contrast to your club, it deserves 6 suns. I do not want to comment on cleanliness, I would not like to comment more comprehensively on the cleanliness of the cutlery, glasses and plates or the toilets by the pool. The pool was dirty, leaves and small pieces of rubbish were swimming in it- supposedly got through the sandstorm- in the Robinson Club almost next door the pool was clean- didn't they have a sandstorm? For all parents with children, the place by the pool is funny, but that's a minor problem in terms of cleanliness and the impudence of portraying myself as a critic who gives you a fake rating. Finally, Janni from TUI even asked us to wait before we move because the manager wanted to speak to us - we waited but no one came to clarify. So I ask you to refrain from such defamation on your part. The parent-child area is simply the very last thing in terms of cleanliness, chairs, tables are weathered, birds peck noodles from the buffet, everything from drinks from machines, at the current Corona time, cleanliness in the gastro is soooo important.
Carry on like this, no offense. At least she could have had her personal feedback.
And everything I have listed - all observed in one day, good that we weren't there for 2 weeks.

Wonderful place! Perfect for a honeymoon! Service, rooms and the hotel in general - 10/10. Food very good, huge selection, everyone will find something for themselves. Pools are great, especially those in the adult area :) The hotel is located right on the ocean - good views. We spent wonderful moments there. We recommend! :)

The Hotel Club Jandia Princess is a very nice hotel. The facility is very well maintained and you have always seen workers who have taken care of the facility. We booked with all inclusive and have to say the food was very tasty and varied. The rooms were big enough, we had 2 baby beds in our double room and still had enough space. We also found the entertainment to be good as it wasn't made all day and not too intrusive. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there is not much to do around the hotel except for a larger supermarket, so you should rent a car that you can easily borrow from the hotel or you can take a bus excursion. We will definitely come back again.

It was a very nice stay! Food was very good and there was always something to find! The rooms are a bit old! And with the cleanliness you do not take it so well if you value cleanliness! (for example, goods plates and glasses at the SB often dirty) staff was too much!
These were very friendly and helpful!

We booked for a good price in November and are more than pleasantly surprised. As a Christmas present, there were the premium bracelets for free. It's called Ultra All Inclusive. Very nice area which in places a bit older but still has much to offer. We feel very well here and look forward to many more beautiful days. Can you recommend without hesitation.

Just returned after 7 days here, I think the hotel needs to address a couple of issues.

Firstly the levels of all inclusive which we weren't aware of before travelling. We booked through first choice and were given blue bands this meant all inclusive stopped at 11 rather than 1 and limit access to drinks, no premium brands or bottles of water! Bottles of water should be a basic and should be available to everyone. This is abit of a pain in the heat with children.

Secondly having to wear trousers for the evening meal in a hot restaurant, the dress code should be smart and could include shorts rather than seeing people in sportswear. Being a blue band we weren't allowed to eat in the outdoor restaurant where you could wear shorts.

We had a couple of issues with the room but these were dealt with quickly.

Hotel and it's grounds are nice and it's close to a nice beach, would recommend the beach bar down there.

Excellent structure with swimming pools and solarium on terraces. It does not have a beach on the property. It has access to the beach, but the sunbeds do not belong to the property.
International animation. Structure divided into adult area and family area. It has a nudist area near the spa. It may happen that you share the sauna and turkish bath with nudists.
Central buffet restaurant plus two restaurants by reservation. Terrace restaurant for late breakfasts and fast food for lunch.
Type of cuisine: international. Little choice and oriented towards a Northern European clientele.
We were in April and we experienced days from great cold to great heat. I recommend from May onwards.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, the staff is nice, the entertainment program is (at least for me) quite interesting.
Now comes the big BUT: The hotel bars have a grandiose selection of ONE non-alcoholic cocktail (out of 4 in total, even every Hard Rock cafe has more). Although the Wi-Fi has an excellent coverage to the beach, is for about 20 euros per week but pretty garbage. Meaning: Download slow and crashes regularly (WLAN off and on again) and the upload rate of a vegammelten potato. Who wants his pictures / videos to arrive via WhatsApp and Co. should rather rely on the mobile data.
Since we are three and wanted to save, we have a 3-bed room booked, the third bed consisted of the sofa bed (as it was normal) this has the drawback to be a lot smaller than the right bed, which you either head in the hole or feet outside the bed.

The resort is wonderful beautiful sea view 5 well-positioned swimming pools 1 large families with 1 kid 2 x adults only and 1 nudist. International food. Found 2 confusing restaurants dirty crockery. Some rude waiters except for a few exceptions. Cute and functional rooms. From a stairway you enter the sea long beach for beautiful walks. I would go back there only for the restaurant as far as catering is concerned.

They have greatly expanded our expectations that we had when we arrived at the hotel, a beautiful comfortable hotel with very friendly staff who help you enjoy your vacation in the most comfortable way possible. The hotel is made up of two areas, one for families and the other for adults (which parents can enjoy for a small additional price). The pool is very comfortable since the maximum height is 1.65 at most, you can use floats and there is a store where you can also buy them and they are not very expensive. It also has great services such as porter, towel service for the pool, etc.
To highlight I want to highlight the spectacularly delicious food for all types of diets, food of all kinds and quality and I would also like to highlight the kindness of the staff at all times correct, discreet and very friendly. Highlight elena from reception and her partner, guti from restaurants and Romina from bars. Thank you all for your treatment we loved enjoying the hotel and we will return next year, from the neighboring island of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Thank you. Davinia.

For the price we paid, product and service it is just expensive, staff don t talk any other languages at all a part from spanish, food quality Is poor and the choice is restricted, we are on a premium all inclusive, spirits corrected by at least 40% water, asked the waiter if I could open the bottle myself (bayles) and he refused, food is recycled from lunch to dinner service, the lighting outside is not exceptional, in our block s corridor everything completely off, we could not see were to insert the card as no lights at all, wanted to have a sigarette on the balcony, we do have light bulb but can you imagine it would be working. Tried to call reception to sort some of these issues from the room, no answer, called by my private no answer. I would suggest to learn some spanish before to come here as the Waiting staff doesn t speak english at all, I guess the delegation from superior is not exceptional neither as the staff is very rude when you asking something. Buffet where 3 plates out of ten still has previous food. See picture attached. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel area, nice staff and near a really big beach. I take off a star for the purpose of eating. Although there is always a large buffet, the food is in my opinion not good and not varied. Otherwise top.

Not recommended. Price performance doesn't fit at all. The food is unseasoned, lukewarm to cold. Pineapples and peaches are available from the can. The rooms are definitely in need of renovation. The towel rail was rusty, the toilet smelled when we arrived and the floor wasn't mopped the whole week. When we were there, there was a construction site at the pool from Monday to Saturday with constant noise. And if you think you have booked all inclusive you are also wrong, a distinction is made between three classes. With the all-inclusive package you also have to pay extra for WiFi and save. To get a lounger by the pool, it would be great if you get up at seven and reserve one, if you then have one, you can lie in the blazing sun. Parasols are also in short supply.
It was a shame about all the money.

Nice hotel by the water. Clean and welcoming. The only downside to the person who is there to welcome us and guide us for our excursions.
These hours of presence are 2 days a week and 12:15 to 12:45. When at the reception meeting, it takes place the day after our arrival in the middle of the afternoon so it is not possible to start our visits ... so we did without.
The pools are said heated but in fact they are very cold, too bad.
When we arrive we do not really know what we are entitled to or not in the hotel according to our color of bracelet, spa?

We have just returned after a family week away the...

We have just returned after a family week away these are our thoughts and tips...

We had a great time, and the kids loved it. The hotel is large and some areas are separated into family or adult areas ( I found this a bit disconcerting at first.. But actually it makes total sense for both groups).

All the staff, like every single one, we met was cheerful, attentive and professional.

In the family area there are a couple of places to get an evening drink, a games room and a theatre space with something on almost every night. The upstairs bar next to reception has a singer every evening. They are of mixed quality but generally very good

The pool is fantastic, we couldn't get the kids out! On Thursday there was also a foam party and inflatables which was great fun. The pool never got too busy which was just great.

We personally found the food excellent, we were a bit worried that being all-inclusive that it would just be pizza or burger every night. However there is a huge range of food which has a different theme each night, including Indian night and a fish/sushi evening.. Which was just superb. There is of course pizza, chips burger available every night if you want it. Wine, beer, soft drinks and water are also on tap. (We didn't get any bad tummys during our stay )

The only down side of our stay was the family room which was really s bit too small. Our kids has to share a good down sofa bed which to be honest was pretty uncomfortable. Thankfully they were exhausted each night so it wasn't an issue as they dropped off quickly... But hopefully this can be improved somewhat in the future.

TIPS:
* At lunchtime go to the La Choza restaurant next to the pool they have the better selection of food (on the evening is adults only but lunchtime is for everyone) - plus it offers great views over the beach

* Get up early for a sunbed. Like most places Sunbed wars are real and even though there are signs to tell you not to reserve a bed... It's the only way to get them. We walked down between 7:30-8 and always got a good location.

* Don't book the late check out if you are leaving later. Instead, before you leave ask at reception for a courtesy room. They'll book you a 30 minute slot in a room to freshen up and have a shower or change for your flight. That way you can still enjoy the morning in the hotel

*Be careful of the sunbeds on the beach. They are not part of the hotel and you have to pay. It's about 13+ for 2 beds.

*It can get windy, if it is, it's worth going down to the beach the waves are awesome and it's fun to swim or body board them.

Overall we loved iour stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We booked via TUI and everything was great!

Hotel staff polite and helpful. Food reasonable as with most all inclusive hotels. Beautiful surroundings and very well kept. Adults only pool is a must for some R&R.

Decent hotel, food isn't great though but then again you can't really expect much from a buffet. The resort isn't one for people looking for somewhere lively it's in the middle of nowhere and would need to get a taxi to the nearest town. All the staff in the place were very friendly. Family friendly entertainment not sure how rooms would satisfy a family if they are the same throughout buy family area rooms may be different as we stayed in adult only

The location of the resort is great, the staff are...

The location of the resort is great, the staff are all very nice and courteous, but I would personally advise families against this hotel. There is a small children's pool which is only heated to 28 degrees (outside temperature daily at 18 degrees).

The small pool has no slide or similar play facilities in the water. The playground next to it (really only for small children up to 4 years of age - after that it is simply uninteresting) must not be used in wet swimwear. The large pool has no heating at all and has a water temperature of around 14 degrees. There is no indoor swimming pool (indoor pool).

The food is absolutely not varied.
The children's buffet is the same as the one for adults.
On 90% of the days the children ate fries or rice - at noon and in the evening because there was nothing else for the children.

The "organic farm" consists of a small, fenced area with a couple of chickens, a duck, 6 rabbits and two goats, but they are not allowed to be petted. So here, too, more frustration than fun.

Our conclusion in January 2020 (!): A TOP resort for adults who travel without children. Not suitable for families.

You have to walk a few steps to the beach but that is not a problem. The food and drinks were terrific and delicious! The staff very accommodating and the rooms very nice!
