Very good facilities, but there is a notable lack of staff and in addition the little staff that there is not prepared, which causes a slow and overwhelming service.
Hotel for a perfect family vacation. Group of incredible animation for all (children and adults), great shows (Rey Leon incredible ...) but what I would emphasize is the sympathy and the good work of the workers in the bars, restaurants and cleaning staff . Congratulations.

Very nice hotel with very well maintained gardens and several pools. Beautiful spacious room with, for some, a magnificent view of the sea. Very efficient and competent staff. By cons you have to go down 107 steps to reach the beach (but it's worth it!).

The hotel resort is overall of great quality. They have several pools, and access to the beach. The sports programme includes beach volleyball, football, yoga, pilates, and tennis (while you need to pay 12 per hour for the later). They have sauna for free and massage at a fee. The food is of good quality. They have proper coffee, okay cocktails and they have beer, sangria and wine on tab. The staff is super friendly, and in many ways you can see that the hotel goes way and beyond to deliver a great holiday experience. For instance, there is live music every afternoon at the pool (someone playing the guitar) and in the evening in the lobby (small band - too loud for us though). They have musicals/plays for the kids twice a week and a a small kids farm with animals to feed. All in all, we are having a great time. :) The only drawback: the beds are too hard.

Loved it! clean rooms, great food, friendly staff amazing hotel. My favourite part of the hotel was the bar pool. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! From the hotel we also went to the aqua park it was about 2 hours away with coach cant explain how good it was :) + there is a shopping centre 5 mins away (taxi) from the hotel. I would definitely recommend and would want to go again :)
The hotel itself is getting on in years. We found many items of equipment worn out and outdated.
The service tried hard, but somehow always too slow. Actually, we always waited for one of the waiters to drop some item of cutlery while clearing away, which then happened every minute.
The food is typical of the country and not of a quality that is worth mentioning.
The pool area is spacious and beautifully designed.
We still find three things important:
1. The beach is not accessible for people with disabilities, because very steep stairs have to be climbed.
2. The all-inclusive system distinguishes between three different types.
Family = access only to the family area = blue ribbon (adult area blocked)
Gray band = something in between between family and
Black ribbon = staying in all areas is permitted and everyone, including imported beverages, is free.
We found this distinction not very transparent, especially since we had no other chance when booking online via TUI than booking the family variant.
So be sure to note this when booking!
3. There is only one supermarket in the vicinity of the hotel.
A taxi ride to Playa Jandia costs 20 there and back and is worthwhile as a day trip. Market Mon and Thu (African market) with a wide range of leather goods.
If you are going as a couple I would recommend upgrading. The only problem of the holiday was it was like take force winds too often
Beautiful place, Fantastic holiday. This was our 2nd visit here, personally, i think the standards had dropped since my first visit. Great variety of pool, from children's to Adults only to Nudist for that all over tan. Food was varied good some days poor others, but that depended on your taste, could never find the sauce though, guest would take a bottle and not return it, so always hunting it down.
Would normally recommend after 6 visits now. However whilst some redecorating has improved areas of the hotel, standards have also deteriorated: the food has become more restricted in addition to being of less quality, staff - many of whom have been there many years now appear less motivated to engage or even offer a cheery smile, evening entertainment never a great attraction has unbelievably worsened and the local wildlife (see attached) now enjoying free room and board. Staff appear unconcerned, even a little offended that we should be bringing this latter trivialities to their attention. So a generous 2-star it is, when not too long ago it would have merited 4 or 5 on a good day. Hopefully these reviews will strike a chord and encourage the improvements required to match the stunning scenery and outstanding weather that the area has in spades.

It is a very beautiful hotel with a beautiful view on the beach the pools are at the top the staff at the pool bar were well exhausted at the end of the afternoon we really appreciated laura she was the only one who was always smiling from morning to evening the bedding of the rooms leaves something to be desired we did not sleep very well the TV channels in French tf1 to work once the rest of the time it did not work, the landline was torn to reach the reception the only way was to move
when at meals ... Breakfast is fine. We don't have lunch very often but for dinner we were disappointed with not too much choice of meat which in addition was not very good so dress chicos (pants for men) to serve us canteen meals j 'don't see the point of it so we went out to eat in town
Apart from that we still had a good stay but are happy to find our home with our good French food and our bed
A great place to relax. Beautiful beach and pools. Food tasty rooms very clean.
Very nice ambience. Friendly and well-cared for employees, as well as attentive and helpful. Great hotel complex with a direct path to the beach. The hotel offers a fabulous entertainment program for young and old and motivates you to take part. At the late-riser breakfast you can watch the sea through the glass front and enjoy the start of the day. Generally a larger selection of dishes with a lot of variety.
The rooms are tidy and cleaned daily as requested. Without an additional booking we had a view of the sea. The in-house car rental is easy to use and very cheap if you book it in advance.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it! It started at reception and ended at check out!
The entire staff is very nice and accommodating! The facility is amazing, the rooms are very nice and bright, clean, the beds are very large and comfortable. We had the room directly across from the animal enclosure, were woken up in the morning by the rooster and goats (not uncomfortable)! On the way to breakfast we met a very cheerful animal keeper who did everything for the welfare of the animals!
The food was very varied, tasty and always well prepared! Kudos to the kitchen!
We were overwhelmed by the pool bar! Everywhere you had a great view of the Atlantic!
I give 5 stars to the service staff, who were nice despite the high number of hours and always showed a smile and helped me learn the Spanish language!
We will definitely come back next year!
Hotel located directly on the sea, with a breathtaking view. The lodgings consist of small apartments. Mine had modern decor, rather clean. Good kitchen.
I spent the week from 26 August 2 September, the resort is spectacular, beautiful pools with bars near a huge x families 2 x only adults 1x nudist all well positioned. From a stairway you reach the beautiful beach for a fee. You can take long walks. The sea is chilly, but the ocean is pleasant and the wind does not over-allow you to sunbathe easily. in the evening sometimes a jacket is beautiful and functional. Now the sore point, the kitchen is international so I didn't expect to eat great things, what I didn't like and the buffet disorder, was not followed by anyone dirt around the plates even if they were replaced they did not clean the supporting surface. dirty crockery found glass with lipstick. lenses to set and clear the table and found waiters very rude. Antonio, chief of the el lagar, was really boorish, not only did he not find the place, but he also made you go away at 9:30 am. Hallucinating warmth in the hall. Thanks to Pablo who lent himself to finding free tables. accompanied by a beautiful smile. I am a bit 'lengthy I hope you need to make some improvements. I would go back only to the structure. The island has to be turned around there are the dunes to see and other beautiful beaches.

After our stay we are very divided. Beach difficult to reach (many steps) but incredibly beautiful!
The complex is constantly being maintained, but the plaster is crumbling everywhere. The pool area is huge and also great for relaxing laps!
The food is a major point of criticism: breakfast and lunch are okay, but dinner is a disaster! Cafeteria atmosphere and always the same monotonous food!
We have been four days in this hotel and we have loved it. The area reserved for adults is highly recommended for couples who need tranquility, away from the cries of the little ones. From the food, facilities, and the kindness of the staff they have made us enjoy our stay to the fullest. Highly recommended.

If you are english dont come to this hotel, i feel it only caters for germans and spanish no english option to eat staff speak very very little english and look at you and raise their arms, there are three different types of all inclusive and even so it still doesnt offer ALL inclusive most drinks you have to pay cash to the waiter the all inclusive runs out at 11pm so if you need a drink after you need to pay cash. Rooms are nice but dont get cleaned to late afternoon beds are uncomfortable and hard, have to pay 20 euroes per device for wifi not per room for 1 week then 12 euroes for 3 dsgs afterwards. After looking forwadd to this fot 4 months i can easily say i am beyond dissapointed and have looked forward to going home since we landed.

Had a brilliant time here with our 3 year old well looked after and great food. The beach was also close and great to play on.

There is a swimming pool, close to everything, there are cats that can be petted, next to the beach (unfortunately they are nudists) OVERALL SUPER VERY RECOMMENDED
The hotel is very nice. Wonderful view of the sea. Outside area with 4 pools are very nice. The staff is extremely friendly.
Only the large pool can be used by families with children. The food is ok. You get different colored ribbons (depending on the booking). We had red, the somewhat upscale category. Were insufficiently clarified which additional services we can use.

Not all inclusive as advertised as drinks are only free till 11pm then forced to pay after that and if you wish to have any "international" drinks you either have to pay or upgrade to black band for the privilege only to enjoy a Heineken...
Not matter the country special for dinner everything seems to revolve around fish and even the fruit taste and smells like fish..
In general the food okay nothing special...
The entertainments the offer are seriously outdated and the pool tables are more wonky than a nan after wine

We stayed in July, all very well except the all-inclusive when ordering drinks and snacks for my children always the same and at night we went to dinner my husband had to return to the room to change pants because it is not allowed with vermudas, I see that very absurd
Decided to try the Club princess for a change from going to the fuertaventure princess which as a family visited a few times and enjoyed it! Last March the hotel was very good,food good especially lunch!if a little cramp for space down in the food hall.The weather was excellent that week and our 2 boys loved the pool area.Great room with sea view Our only complaint which spoilt our stay was my run-in witj the security man who on our leaving day took offence from me taking my boy aged 4 to the toilet in the adults only as this was the closest at the time and he needed to go urgently! This kinda spoilt our week somewhat and questioned us returning again!

Beautiful, spacious grounds! The quality is not the same as 14 years ago. Food was not good. Staff often unfriendly ... My suitcase, which was in the room, was simply thrown away ... On the grounds, the zipper on the suitcase was broken ... there was evidence for that .. fact was that on my hard case, not a Zip was .... I had to buy a new suitcase ... It has not replaced him!
We stayed at Club Jandia Princess for a week at the end of January. The service is very friendly. The hotel complex is spacious and built on several levels. The food, especially on the two evenings in the restaurant La Choza and El Lagar, we liked it very much. The pools could be a bit warmer (only one pool was heated). Not least: the evening shows of the animation team were awesome (Lion King, Grease, etc).
If you want to relax for a week, you will love the Club Jandia Princess.

Visited in March 2018. Real shame our trip was not better as we expected more from a what we read. Maybe at other times it would have been. The adults only pool was under construction and meant we had our sea view terrace from our room ruined by a steady stream of workmen walking past every 5 minutes. And the noise was constant, from 8 till dinner. Particularly did not like the cement mixer outside out room. When we asked about a different room we were told none were available unless we wanted to downgrade our room. Offered alcohol for the inconvenience, but not great for those that don't drink. Surprised you had to pay extra for using the room safe, using the Internet or even getting a bottle of water as this is not part of their all inclusive package, only a premium package they try to sell on check in. 12 a day per person. Staff were understanding and tried to be helpful but are restrained by their corporate overlords. Food generally good and resort kept clean. Quick access to the beach. In summary I'm sure others would like it as we had more than one issue where as other would not, but we were disappointed, unlikely to return to this resort.
Lovely rooms, always left clean and tidy. Pools and area surrounding kept clean too. The main restaurant has loads of options everyday at every meal, there's always something you'll like and plenty of it. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive, I'd give it a 4/5 stars... only because the desserts look better than they taste! Lacking a bit of umph
There's nearly always food available, especially if you upgrade to the adults only "premium wristband"! Upgrade is 12 per day, and despite some minor flaws I'm still glad we did upgrade, it's worth it if you're not travelling with kids. So the premium wristband gets you access to:
- the 2 adults only pools
- the nudist pool
- The gym, sauna, steam room
- free drinks until bar closing (you get cut off at 11pm with the other wristband and have to pay for drinks until closing)
- one day on a balinese bed (Google it) 10-6pm overlooking the ocean with bottle of brut and fruit (think this is usually 30 per day)
- one meal in each of the other restaurants (one is adults only)
- free snacks all day available in the adults self serve bar (yes that's self serve alcohol!)
- free WiFi across whole hotel (decent strength too, could watch Netflix!)
Probably a couple of other bonuses I've forgotten about but you get the idea!
All of this was great apart from the restaurants, they give you a meal in each... One of the restaurants has a set menu that literally consists of one choice per course - there are no options, you like it or you don't! And the other is a buffet which looked good but we didn't manage to book in as it's not open everyday and we left it too late to schedule it in.
They make out like the restaurants are a big seller of the wristband upgrade and for us it was, we were a bit disappointed with what was on offer when we went to book.
The evening entertainment was on the whole pretty good and child friendly! 1 of the nights was a disco, 2 were Disney productions of Aladdin and lion king, 1 was a fun family betting event (hard to explain but was the best night!), 1 was a group of motown singer's, 1 was a male singer in the reception area...
There's a kids club if you need it, the animacion team are great! They run activities for adults and kids most days like aquagym, aqua cycling, darts, water football, etc.
To summarise, a great hotel for families and for adults travelling without kids. Upgrade is worth it but don't get your hopes up about the "exclusive" restaurants. Get your towels out early if you want a spot by the family pool, adults only pools are not so busy.

One of the worst experiences possible in a 4-star hotel. This establishment does not deserve more than 2 stars and the staff speaks german or spanish, very little english, and french do not even try!
Both my partner and I were informed by our Tui rep that legend says there were two goats for every one person on the island. We were saddened by goat to human ratio. Also the wifi is only available in reception, food choice average, pool good and sea gorgeous, chipmunks.
Lovely resort, adults only side is nice and quiet. Third visit, can't recommend enough!

We are here for the 4th time in 5 years (currently until March 19th).
The last time we were here was the year before last. We are almost at home ... The staff (even if it is scarce) is always very friendly and in a good mood! Thanks a lot for this !!! We especially want to praise Angel and Karla who always served us in a super friendly way.
We also got our dream room after we had asked in advance by email. 7310 is highly recommended :-)
The pool bar in the adult area has been doubled. Much more choice and now also delicious soft ice cream!
Basically, the food is not very seasoned, but there are a lot of different spices and sauces available. So no problem. We love being here and will be back for sure soon ....
Generally everything ok, the hotel needs renovation ... but it's clean. Divided zones for families with children and for couples Friendly service, from the reception to the maids, there are no waiters with "fochem". Descent to the beach about 100 m by stairs. Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean, with sunrise included. In the "all in price" option for alcohol tasters only for an additional fee we will get everything your heart desires. Take advantage of the premium option for 12 euros per night. Meals: everyone will find something for themselves, for breakfast I recommend egg tortillas with the addition of cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and ham prepared on the grill. There is no shortage of pizzas, olives and citrus ... I skipped the pool, it is heated only for the youngest. Sunbeds on the public beach for a fee of 4.5 euros. Certainly we will come back here in June giving up a trip to the Baltic Sea in Poland ... Value for money. You can rent a scooter or car at the hotel. recommend
Much more 4 star hotel (country category) is hardly possible! Super large area directly on the beach. 5 pools, 3 restaurants, children's pool, kids club, etc., etc. Separate adult area. Except for really small things that can be subjective, everything is great here. Unfortunately no heated pool .. Many Russians and Englishmen, but that doesn't change anything about the hotel In itself .. We were here for 3 weeks and that was already noticeable ... The cleanliness and the service couldn't be topped! You could always eat anywhere on the floor. If something was dirty, someone would come and fix it immediately. I did Never seen this before and I travel a lot in star hotels. 4 very good stars of mine. (But please do not forget, with all praise, that is of course not a German standard - not to be compared with 4 German stars, especially with regard to the food .) We will definitely come back next year

The hotel area was very old, you can see several layers of white paint, broken tiles, wood weathered .... There are differences in the all inclusive, you get only after an upgrade all drinks at the bar

We had a great time here despite reading a lot of negative reviews. We found staff very friendly & NO issues with banding or any favourtism. We were all quite fussy eaters but the buffet always had something to suit us all. It was very clean & had great views. Weather was great 1-15/4/17. All 4 of us would definitely go again & we're all quite fussy!
Apparently this is the best hotel in the area! According to our Thomson's holiday rep. I can only assume how bad the other hotels must be in comparison.
This hotel is definitely the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Faulty Towers could do better. On average a good three star. No way a four star Thomson Platinum.
We paid extra to stay in the Adults section assuming both sides would be separate but they are not. Everyone eats and drinks in the same places. There were far too many families with under 5s for my liking.
Being British I felt like a second class citizen to the German TUI red bands. They got better service in the restaurants and drinks. As us lowly silver band wearer's drunk soft drinks from drink dispensers, they got bottled coke, tonic waters etc. As we drunk spirits which stripped our throat and tasted vile. They sat happily drinking Baileys or Chivas Regal. But we were one step up from the blue bands wearer's, who have my deepest sympathy. God knows what service you got?
We hired a Balinese bed one day for 30. Apart from the dead mouse in the ice bucket, these were great!
Yes a dead mouse, you didn't misread. My husband took the bucket with the dead thing to a member of staff who was embrassed for us and scared. We never did get that apology from the hotel manager for that one either.
Overall we had a bad experience but tried to enjoy and have a good holiday.
Unfortunately we experienced these problems which stick and with no hotel apology, we felt let down both by Thomson and the hotel.

The beach is not near the hotel. You do some time and you have to be very careful on the ladder is steep. Sunbeds are 13 euros
I was a guest at the Jandia Princess at the end of April last year, a time when the evening is chilly but during the day we tan peacefully. The staff welcomed us with great availability and kindness. The room was very spacious, the bed of an indescribable comfort and there was tv with Italian channels. The rooms were cleaned every day. Very good and varied food. Very close to the village there is a well stocked supermarket, the bus stop and taxis.
I didn't particularly like the gym, small and with few tools, and no animators.
Leisure with a BLACK BAND - A great place worth recommending for people who do not want to listen to the screams of children outside the window.

The rooms themselves are simple but functional. They are located in oblong buildings. Contact with the ground is close, so be prepared for all kinds of insects in the area.

Hotel in general is very nice, however for an all inclusive they seem to want to charge you for everything. The food in the main inclusive restaurant is mediocre at best, you are able to get one reservation at both of I assume better restaurants which is better than the food is a little better than the buffet. I considered the food about average and nothing very exciting. The staff is very friendly, the accommodations were good, however we were on a lower floor and it sounded like people that came in a few days later were moving the whole flat around. The noise level from just regular movement was horrible. Cockroaches in the main bar in the reception area, coming in and out from under the bar, I saw at least 5. I would not go to this place again it was a disappoiment. I did read about the limitations on the inclusive after I booked the reservation.
The hotel is very good, what I did not like was that the blanket on the extra bed was too worn, it released many hairballs

Beautiful place views are lovely pools are clean and tidy. For a four star hotel it was a good hotel clean and animation team were lovely special mention to Fede Jenny and Mickey who made our holiday a little more enjoyable and also to chris the tui rep who was brilliant throughout the holiday. However food was mostly the same the whole 10 days . If you don't eat fish or sea food i wouldn't as it's the main import on the island so 90% of food was fish related , they also give a free meal in their a la carte however its a set menu with fish for starter and main everyday but one where the main is beef cheeks. No adult entertainment just children . Very adult child segregated with one side being adult only with 3 to 4 adult only pools and one mixed and a small paddle pool also as well as separate eating in the main dinner at breakfast and dinner which I liked . Reception staff friendly but not always helpful took 3 days to get the double bed we paid extra for and when 2 items went missing from our room one of which was of great sentimental value to me they made little effort to find or recover them meaning we ended up leaving without it. However nice hotel overall.
