The room was clean,staff was very helpful and pleasant and hotel is a good location

Rooms need to be cleaner also because are old and sometimes you can hear everything from the other neighbour

Love the place its clean conveniently located. One suggestion is bathtub is too high to climb in and not crazy aboutroom door, I like doors to close, just personal preference. Great room

Nice and very nice hotel, 2 steps from South Beach.
Very bright rooms with a small, very small balcony.
The breakfasts are complete and good.
Direct access to the beach from the hotel and provision of deckchairs until 5 p.m.

Good food, fun atmosphere, nice amenities and a quick walk to the beach.

Location is great, but the house keeping service is terrible. They took all of our dirty towels and didn't leave us any. They then took forever to bring them. The next day they left us with no toilet paper.

Waited 5hrs to check in. Got told they were upgrading us to bigger room. Load of bs. No balcony and only view was a building side and trade enterance. Will not come again.

The rooms here are incredibly bare for what they charge.

There were no seat cushions on our booth which made it impossible for 2 people to sit at the table. I complained to the front desk and they were incredulous and never resolved the issue.

The fridge takes up a ton of space and is equipped with sensors so that if you move anything in or around it you get charged absurd amounts.

The outdoor areas of the hotel redeem it somewhat. There are plenty of places to sit day and night, the pool is nice, and there's easy access to the beach.

Was only there in passing but everything seemed clean and orderly. The employees were also very curtious.

Absolutely no complaints. Room was very clean & every employee I came into contact with gave excellent service. I will definitely be staying here again.

Busy all the time. Would ay that they don't have parking. But there is plenty of parking across the street.

Although early check- in is impossible, I had a great time. Service was great and the pool and beach access was awesome.

Great location. Food and beverage staff should be a bit more organized (especially with their built in gratuity). Any issues we had were resolved quite quickly. Lovely beach staff. Chairs included, umbrella is extra. Enjoyed the DJ on Sunday by the pool.

Nice hotel with a premium location. Great atmosphere and good vibes from the folks there both employees and guests.

Very clean, chic, trendy, and relaxing with a nice pool and direct pathway down to the beach. Although I did not get to see much of the beach because of work, I enjoyed my stay here due to the staff being accommodating & friendly, an awesome, soft bed, and having many convenient stores, great food (Byblos Middle Eastern is amazing), and events nearby. I decided to stay at the Royal Palm again after staying at several Miami hotels in the last few weeks. Definitely recommend.

Great location, rooms are decorated all trendy, most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. Fantastic bed! Lighting was pretty poor in the room

Too many places to stay to put up with constant barrage of sales offers. Upgrade your stay, go see this sales pitch for two hours and we'll give you $150, sign up for three nights within a year and save $200, on and on... I sort of expect this when out but not when I'm walking through the lobby of a hotel I'm spending $300 per night at already.

Good hotel in Miami, best price and excellent position

We regularly travel all over the world for business and pleasure. This hotel was a disappointment from the first impression to the last day. The driveway to the hotel is poorly marked and many people turn in the circle traveling the wrong direction. Before checking in we turned the wrong way along with 3 other cars. The valet was rude to all of us and forced us to back up into traffic on a busy street withthout helping to direct traffic for us or the other drivers. Room was dated, the bedding was dirty, the AC unit had no temperature control that worked, it was either on or off. On our last day we were sitting at the pool and got hungry. The pool bar has a generic menu so I decided to order a pizza for my pregnant girlfriend. We were promptly approached by management and asked to move to eat in a smoking area (gross) because no outside food is allowed in the pool area. The only reason this hotel received 2 stars is because of Dante at the beach and the view. We come on vacation to do what we desire, and we weren't pushing the limits of what is acceptable. If we return to Miami we will definitely be looking for a different property to spend our money.

Fantastic location,, right on beach. Good price. Rooms weren't bad. Excellent beds a bit older furnishings. The shower seemed to leave the floor soaked. As is typical for this area there was a 33 a day resort fee and a 45 a day parking fee in addition to hotel fee. However as I mentioned this is typical for this location. Resort fee includes two heated pools a hot tub and two recliners on the beach.

We were there for Christmas 2019. The weather was a bit cool and rainy leading up to Christmas. Great weather for Christmas Eve and day. Bottom line is no guarantees of warm weather this time of year but it is possible.

The hotel is very old! They painted it and tried to modify some things, covering others. But it is in a very good location! They do not let you use the refrigerator in the room, and if you use it, they charge you, that seems lousy. They give you 2 small waters. Nothing to see the photo of the hotel that sells take off. Nice view

I was charged 6 nights of valet parking and I only had a rental car there one night. I even have a emailed receipt of the front desk refunding me all the charges but I was still charged on my credit card. I emailed Rafael Benitez from the hotel and he said to show him my rental car agreement for the one night and he would refund it to me. I sent that over to him and he ghosted me and has never returned my emails about this, I have emailed him many times with no response back. Worst customer service ever! I stayed a week there and spent over $1,300 dollars and this is how I get treated.

Excellent service, valet parking pay, free WiFi, Nice pool, Jacuzzi, SPA, Desability ramp access. Direct access to the beach.

I gave this hotel 1 star simply because it isnt possible to give it zero stars. The elevators barely worked, theres 3 but there are long lines because only some were operating, they only provide you 2 of everything, 2 towels, 2 water bottles, etc. They charge yoi for everything. Its $42 for valet but the parking garage nearby is $16 every time you go in and out, there is a hotel room fee of about $102 extra that they charge, you will receive the bill at your hotel room door. The valet guys lacked hospitality. Our water and electricity was cut off which is really inconvenient due to constantly swimming in a pool or the beach. When the water came back on it was yellow and dirty. I've never had a bad experience at a hotel before but this was definitely that.I do not recommend staying at the Royal Palm.

Location is perfect. Just walk to the beach and their pool is superb with beverages bar next to it. Enjoyed the time here.

Stayed there March 22-26 2018. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a little mishap with the valet and our room but we were very well accommodated for that. Room was clean with a great view. 100% would stay again and recommend to a friend

Hotel well located in Miami, but a little big for my taste and many people. Otherwise it is nice.

The hotel must be going through some sort of transition. Each day we received text messages stating we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, when in actuality we had not. The text then had us reply as to whether we wanted service or not. We replied YES in each case. The last day we were there, of course this text message popped up again around 2:00 p.m. We responded to service the room. We arrived back at the hotel at 11:00 p.m. to find the room was not serviced or cleaned. I personally think this is some sort of hoax due to limited staffing. We asked to speak with the manager who could not be found so we addressed it the following day upon checkout.

Very clean. Professional services including bartenders, waitress at breakfast, and parking attendants. Holds the door open for you when entering inside hotel from pool area. Awesome access to the beach. Nice poolside bar. Great outdoor atmosphere!

Easy to get to from the airport. Cooperative staff who was concerned with our comfort. Clean attractive rooms with comfortable beds. A busy early morning staff that prepared for the day ahead. Two pools and a beach forfun in the sun. Just north of the party scene, easy to avoid it or engage in it. Stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.

Very central location in South Beach, nice rooms, cool view, pool, Beach, restaurant... All what you would expect...

So disgusted to learn they are hosting a conference for pornographers here! Won't be letting my young nieces out of my sight with all these predators around! What's next, a human trafficking expo?!

Loved our stay...Beach opening, good amenities...Clean rooms...Two pools with one hot water jacuzzi...Will definitely recommend

Great location on south beach. Very close to Lincoln ave shopping and ocean drive also. Good service from staff. Clean and secure

The hotel is in a great location, But the housekeeping sucks, the sheets were dirty every night, brown stains on sheets and mattress pad, like housekeeping never change mattress pad. It was so bad I went to Ross and purchased sheets for the bed. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful inside and out, it was renovated in 2009 but it looks like it was renovated last week, the hotel has been very well kept and is in gorgeous condition! The pool is just amazing and is a 10 second walk from the beach. They have many games and activities to keep you and the whole family busy, and it's in the heart of South Beach and the entire art deco area. Highly recommended this hotel!

King suite with ocean view is well worth it... had no issues with staff.. all were courteous and helpful.. the guys that set up the beach umbrellas are way cool... give this hotel a go..

It is not bad and not great! Great for families! They also take cash so that could be a plus for some! Right on the beach!

Too bad there are huge roaches at the pool in the late afternoon and small in the room for a 4 star is serious especially the price paid
