The website is so difficult to access. Why do one need an outlook web account to get on? Even after entering the info for my outlook web, it keeps telling me that it is incorrect. This needs to be fixed.

The ministry of justice is warm and welcoming, they make you feel like family there.

In person visits, don't go unanswered. Very pleasant employee's.

I enjoy doing business at the justice ministry, wonderful people. Every one was so helpful even the security officers.

Horrible customer service. Process to get one document approved is ridiculous.
