Staff is very nice and always willing to answer any questions I've had. Very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this law firm.

Back in 2013, me and my wife were hired by this law firm to portray a couple of perspective clients in a commercial for the local cable company. On May 17, 2013 we spent the whole day with the film crew, Mr. DeZao and his staff at his office in Parsippany. Everything went well and we did finish within schedule later in the day. After agreeing upon our fee we proceeded to collect payment and were told to submit an invoice which we did. After a month, since we had not received payment we proceeded to call the office in an attempt to find out what was going on. I spoke with the office manager who told me to resubmit the invoice. After another month went by, I again contacted the office manager who refused to let me speak to Mr. DeZao and once again told me to forward the invoice. I sent 5 reminders in total and finally gave up. In June of that year I saw the commercial airing in most local channels as well as on channel 12. I really cannot formulate an opinion about Mr. DeZao as an attorney, but certainly his office and staff do not believe in living up to their commitments.

First off I wanted to state that my case is still progressing. My initial consultation was with Jim and a paralegal which went fine. I was then assigned Gabby as my para who has been my primary contact. What a pleasure she is to interact with. Along the way she has kept me updated and reached out to me at least once a month. She is courteous, professional , and very thorough. It is apparent to me that the entire staff behaves in this manner. She didn't always have the answers but got back to me with replies to my questions immediately. These type of traits are a tribute to Jim's management style, leadership, and his ability to foster that type of "customer/client focused" work environment. She informed me yesterday that my case is going into a new phase and I will be working with another associate at the firm. I am saddened and will miss her but I am confident the process will not miss a beat.

The law clerk I spoke with on the phone was very informative and courteous. If I ever have a legal issue, I would certainly go back to use their services.

During the sale of my first home, they were very helpful and provided great advice. I was consistently surprised by just how responsive they always were. Competent, Compassionate and Supportive: Simply the Best

Jim DeZao and his firm are the most compassionate, competent and supportive firm I have ever dealt with. My case was not easy and I was scared to death. Jim DeZao and his firm had my back, even when I couldn't see the way forward, they handled my case brilliantly.

I had a complex spinal fracture as the result of a slip and fall accident at a restaurant. My life was put on hold as went through two life threatening surgeries, 3 in house rehabilitation visits of 10 days each, astronomical medical bills and anxiety out the roof. I had no idea what my life would look like after this accident and 2+ years of recovery.

My first attorney was uncommunicative, with a dour outlook and was not encouraging about what to expect and not supportive in any way that I could feel. I switched to Jim DeZao and the difference was like night and day. They explained in detail the process, told me where we were in that process, explained what was required of me and assured me that they had things under control.

Answers whenever I needed them, personal and timely attention and effective communications are all part of the package that make up DeZao law. His team is competent, effective and cover a wide variety of law. Jim and his team are the best. With them... "It's Personal!" and they mean it. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
