My experience with this firm has been fantastic, the staff is very friendly and helpful, wonderful moral and Jim actually picks up the phone and talks to you, and calls you back, they go beyond to make you happy, and they work very hard on your case, i have recommended this firm to my friends and their case settled VERY WELL as well.
