First off I wanted to state that my case is still progressing. My initial consultation was with Jim and a paralegal which went fine. I was then assigned Gabby as my para who has been my primary contact. What a pleasure she is to interact with. Along the way she has kept me updated and reached out to me at least once a month. She is courteous, professional , and very thorough. It is apparent to me that the entire staff behaves in this manner. She didn't always have the answers but got back to me with replies to my questions immediately. These type of traits are a tribute to Jim's management style, leadership, and his ability to foster that type of "customer/client focused" work environment. She informed me yesterday that my case is going into a new phase and I will be working with another associate at the firm. I am saddened and will miss her but I am confident the process will not miss a beat.
