Totally in love with this place... splendid infrastructure

A very luxurious and prosperous hotel among top hotels of Jaipur.

The room service, the guest service and the people who work here are so nice and amazing! The food was also very good. I would definitely come back in the future. They make you feel so welcome!

Amazing, I went to Cinnamon Restaurant. It was plush. Food was amazing, ambience was superb. Hospitality was at it's best. Yes cost was on higher side but that is expected. Must reccomended for couples and family.

Excellent lawns, excellent staff, frequent electric trouble, washrooms are not spacious.

Well this review is particularly to praise the security team of Jai Mahal Palace,, I lost my diamond bracelet in the party last night, but hatts off to the security team they some how managed to trace it n gave it to me. Kudos to their efforts and sincerity . I have also written a mail to the manager n described the whole incident and recommended that the team should be rewarded.

I was here for a wedding in January. This place is magical. Definitely felt like an Indian fairy tale. The place was absolutely gorgeous.

Hotel is very fine place to stay in Jaipur, right in the middle of city, very spacious, rooms are excellent, very comfortable and pleasing, staff is very friendly, hotel is just fine in every respect.

Ambience is fantastic, since i visited this place during winters, folk dance along with typical rajasthani architecture in back drop made the view superb.

Food was good, except naan and tandoori roti.

Taj Experience. Keeping there tradition. Problem is noice due to traffic outside. Rest each and everything is Perfect.

A very very beautiful property, had a wonderful stay . Clean rooms , beautiful garden view. Extremely courteous staff , warm and friendly , always ready to help and assist . A special mention for Chef BC Burman , his amazing omelettes and friendly banter made the mornings extremely delightful, also Mr Balwant was extremely attentive to our culinary needs and preferences.
The spa was also quite a delightful experience.
A truly restful and rejuvenating stay .

Remarkable property with really good restaurants. White Marble served me the best prawns I've had in my life.
The hotel is a host to a lot of events and activities including classic car shows and the service is something to be experienced.

Jai Mahal Palace is one of the finest places in Jaipur. As always, the food was very fresh and amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous. You can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the palace.

Nice property and rooms. Spacious rooms, huge lawns, well maintained. The food at Marble Arch is average and not of a 5-star level. The variety and quality of the buffet was average.
