Very good palace for stay, good service,well decorated hotel

Although Taj keeps its high standards, this property lacked the ability to satisfy five star customer expectations; a luxury chain s biggest asset. My family and I felt unsafe at their restaurant due to everyone roaming around without masks. The main/all day dining restaurant managers and staff were ignorant to guests walking the halls and buffet tables mask-free. Some guests would not even carry their masks outside their rooms whereas others were using it as their chin mask.. the hotel did nothing about this even after us reminding them. Would not go there again. I wish Rajvilas had availability.

Located in the center of city. Has a large garden area. Only disappoinment was on the breakfast the spread looked to be little on lower side.

Went for lunch only at Marble Arch. Wedding happening, so was noisy. Otherwise, food and service was as usual above average.

Great infrastructure but poor service. The good story at jai Mahal ends with view, location and structure. If looking for service or good food this is definitely not a place.

Attended a Baraat reception in the lawn of this Hotel around 10pm near pool side, they stopped Band , Dhol to play on reaching near gate at 10pm and even don't allow DJ after 11pm, how could anyone enjoy a marriage without music? food quality & taste was worst, I am from Delhi and when compared the food quality of these hotels from Delhi than we rate these hotel amongst poor & worst on taste & quality wise.

The best and most beautiful place I have ever stayed!!!

This place is almost home to me. Everybody is very kind and generous from morning to night. They are very hard working and you can get to know the chefs and waiters like the hard working Aslam (server) It was also really fun to fly some kites and swimming in their pool. We came during the New Years Party which was a lot of fun from their food to the dancing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The head chef is also fantastic - he personally greets you every morning - try his eggs Benedict!

Extremely pleasant stay. Grateful for the special offer made by Tata/ Taj groups on Independence Day for service personnel. This not only showed their regards for defence services but also facilitated us to enjoy the Taj hospitality.

Green Lawn sort of ambience... Very relaxing and time well spent... Food too is great and rich...

A beautiful place to stay if in Jaipur..the architecture, gardens and rooms are exquisite..and the service of the whole team is awesome.. you are always greeted with a smile and namaste .

One of the best Taj heritage property in Jaipur. All the colleague at Jaimahal Palace are very hrlpful and cooperative at all destinations whether you are at the reception or reservation or at restaurant, they are very friendly and truly professional. Room are fantastic and you will always found your real taste in food at Jaimahal Palace. I will always recommend my guest to stay at Jaimahal Palace.

Built at an old fort this place offers one of the most relaxing stays you'll get. Evenings at done area are what you would want to keep coming back again and again. Rooms are a tag below Taj standards but the overall experience just makes up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Aslam for making the stay even more special.

The service is not great, there is some renovation happening and it's common sense that guests cannot be allocated rooms beneath the floor where the work is in progress,sadly they did. Very unkempt for Taj standards.

This was a wonderful experience for me and my family and wish to congratulate you for the very welcoming, respectful and a great service provided by your staff at the front desk, concierge and house keeping. They were all very brilliant. We were most impressed by the services provided to us by Mool Chand and Kuldeep together with the chefs at the Marble Arch.

Good place to go with family and friends. Food isn't great.

Awesome is the word- hotel ... services ... staff... last but not the least it s ambiance...
We booked 3rooms and stayed for just one day and I am sure we will remember this good experience for long...
don t exactly remember the name of the staff I think Sumer in restaurant... and the one who did in room dining ... and the one who did our welcome .... and I think almost everyone we interacted with were superb.

An absolute stunner of a place with great food and amazing service. The vast grounds are extremely well maintained and form an oasis in the heart of the city. More than worthy of the "Palace" tag in its name.

Am still shocked with the food they served in marriage. Even the snacks counters were bad. Be very careful about food served if you are planning a function/ marriage here.

The best place I have ever visited yet.. best location, best rooms, best staff, best service, awesome restaurant location, luxury place to visit..

It is a place with upgraded modern amenities that still give it that old feeling. The grounds are gorgeous and offer protection from the city outside. I loved it here.
