Good:
Very nice property
Rooms neat clean and comfortable

Bad:
Breakfast buffet was very limited. Didnt expect this from 5 star property. We were not allowed to serve on our own but the waiters were very poor in serving. Very slow service. They shld allow self service if they arent that proactive.
The bell boy who cme to collect my luggage during check out broke the handle of my american tourister luggage. I was very disappointed by this.
Overall just ine day stay property to enjoy the palace thats it.

I am represting one of a reputed photography teams who are into shooting wedding and fashion across globe. Its been twice that whenever we do a shoot at your hotel your security team misbehave with our team members. The way they talk looks like i am at some dabba or mediocre hotel. Your secuity incharge Mr "Bhaik Singh" misbehaved with our team. He doesn't seems like a taj staff.kindly look into this matter.

The Rooms are comfortable and spacious. However, the Hotel Service needs to be better for a fruitful experience.

The Stay of ours at The Jai Mahal Palace was Truly A Memorable One !!

We chose to stay in the rooms with a sit out ,facing the beautiful sprawling garden.

Our Morning walking around the huge garden with peacocks dancing around, followed by complementary Yoga session was so energising .

The wide spread lay of breakfast and the humble staff with their warmth made us feel like Royalty.

The sweet live melodies of the Flute in the morning , Sitar in the evening being played filled the air with its positive vibrance & made it a relaxing one too.

The last but not the least to be mentioned ,was the surprise Celebrations of my Birthday,organised by them with Cake , flowers & balloons made it truly a special stay....an overwhelming as well.

The best Holiday destination. The Royal embrace and the most courteous staff makes the gues feel Royal and well treated . The cuisine includes authentic Rajasthani Local to Global all are awesome. The Bar is superb and the most exciting times one enjoy here.

A heritage property that is now a five star property run by Taj group. Excellent ambience. Their cakes and pastries are too good and famous since long. A favourite of the western tourists.

I am big fan of taj group of hotels. Compare to taj business hotels these kind of forts/palace are different. Rooms are small. Restaurant breakfast as usual good but not impressed with dinner. Swimming pool is good but bit far from rooms. This hotel looks like crowded when we visited. Marriage was function was going on. Overal it was above average experience.

It's a pretty upmarket hotel with a lot of focus on personal touch and service. The staff is well trained and courteous

Nice Hotel for stay as well as for conducting any personal event like marrige or something and any Exhibition. Every year vintage car exhibition takes place at Jai Mahal Palace.

Travelling so many states but never found such a peaceful , friendly and an awesome Place to stay Very friendly and understanding staff who customise all your requirement No spicy food for my Mom and Diet food for my Brother. Not to forget the amazing rooms with Private sit out balcony. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for the amazing support

I really loved this place . The best wedding I have ever visited in my life. It gives a royal feel. The palace is costly but worth of money. It just looks like heaven in the night . I'm seriously in love with this place. If I get the chance in future to visit here, will never get off the deal. A must visit palace in Jaipur

It was the marriage ceremony of my school director's son. What a marriage it was. The lawn was so much big that 100 bungalow can be build there and the hotel was 5 star luxurious in the heart of Jaipur. it was good and tough competitor for hotel Taj. Jai Mahal palace was a royal, luxurious and beautiful place I ever seen. If you want to live your life then once in life you should visit this place. About food.. The food was so delicious that I cannot express my feelings. It was so hygienic, oil free, and the waiters and chef were having good nature, the mocktalis, the starters,the sweetdishes and many more items were delicious .. it made my day.. I reach their beacuse of Google maps so a big thanks to Google maps otherwise I wouldn't be able to reach their and my amazing day would be spoiled. At last I would like to say that the place was awesome and you should visit it at once..

A great palace and well maintained a true luxury experience

Great place to pamper your taste buds and yourself . It gives you a feeling of being a king surrounded by too many people to please you . Mr Narinder Rathodh is a gem of a person and always be your side to help you ; then what to say about Mr Bhanu and chef pankaj as they will pamper you to an extent that you will be bound to come back again . Aslam is the man who will be on his toes to help you with your beverages... with his refreshing tea . Deepak ...the kite flying man made us fly kites and we had fun in evening in the pool .Mr jai deep singh at front office is always smiling and welcoming you. And a warm welcome with flowers.

I have always loved staying at Jai Mahal- the staff is impressive- welcoming and accommodating to all the needs that arise (when traveling)! The rooms are beautiful!!

Good location good food but needs improvement in service.

Today at 14.50 hours visited hotel, had dicussion with Mr. Shubham Rai for party at pool side. We were fully satisfied wit the site an had fruitfull discussion.

The rooms are very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is always helpful. The Cinnamon restaurant is a delicious delight.

Had a memorable experience at jai mahal two days back!! The best location and the awsome ambience of the place! Wow! U feel so royal!!! Excellent food ( dont miss the idli sambhar vada and tomato chutney!)and the way they treat u and serve u is again commentable..beautiful and well managed rooms and bathrooms,the room service was excellent, especially Mr surendar took care of us so well and especially he kept sure that our one year baby's requirements are all met..my elder daughter too had a wonderful time at kids activity area,..thanks to all the staffs of jai mahal palace and few (names which I remember)to mention are Mr Chottu singh,Mr imran, People in charge of buffet, aslam bhai,,prabhu,samthoshi and ladies at spa. keep rocking and looking forward to meet u all again thank u once again for making our stay memorable

Beautiful place to stay for vacation with a very responsive & great service by the staffs, huge area to roam inside, multiple activities inside free of cost.. great food & rooms were beyond expectations.. i just loved it.. will come again & again
