This place is amazing. It's interiors, heritage look and garden is mind blowing. Night activity and food is also very good.

Had an amazing experience. Tasty food and prompt services. Special mention to Bhanu and Aslam for their wonderful services and walking extra mile to make the guests delighted

Went there for an evening of cocktails and dinner at the palace lawns. Extremely beautiful and everything was very pleasant except for the access for the ladies washroom. There seemed to have been some troubles with the main washroom so we had to trek all the way to the washrooms on the other side of the pool which was at the far end of the lawns

I had visited Jai Mahal for a wedding. Was totally disappointed with the catering as there were insects falling on the plate. I wonder unknowingly how many insects have been digested by my fellow companions

overall our stay was very comfortable and we had a great time. Taj hospitality was unquestionable. would like to mention that chef Kuldeep did a great job.you name it and he can make it. srtaff near the kids play area was very cooperative and did a wonderful job by keeping our 3 kids engaged for almost 3 days.. Prabhu, Ghanshyam, Deepak and Santosh well done.. Akashdeep st reception did everything he can do keep your stay comfortable...

Worst hotel in Jaipur "Jai Mahal Palace".
They are holding up the brand of 'TAJ'. I booked my room in this hotel. So when we reached the poolside, security guard came and misbehaved alot with my kids and my wife. When we complained to thier GM Mr. Varun Nigam, he also behaved rudely. I dont get one thing that if we are booking up a room and why we aren't allowed to stand near the pool. As they are holding the brand of TAJ, I cant believe that they can also do like this. This was the worst experience of my entire life as I travel all around the world. I will never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel.

We had booked the lawns for a family function... The backdrop was great but not very with the service

nice palace effect. It was way over priced for the room quality. Staff nice, food in Cinnamon not the level for Palace expectation. Room extremely cold, heat not functioning, water dripping from Fan all across the wall. We informed staff about it, who gave us blankets, but it blew cold air all night. Staff not perturbed that we did not sleep. HEAT NOT FUNCTIONING. Hotel management offered no compensation or showed any caring for the issue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PALACE TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS AS IT IS TOTALLY OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF STAY OFFERED.

The taj group hotel gospitality of this hotel is very good. Caring and profesaional staff required some maintenance work. But avery good hotel lacated in jaipur. Two century old property And very effective architecture love to stay in here feel like home good view is always there endless greanery full hygienic and profesaional staff

Wow !!! Nice place The Jal Mahal Palace, Jaipur is considered as an absolute beauty constructed in the Rajput and Mughal style architecture. As its names states the palace is a water palace that is situated in the midst of the beautiful Man Sagar Lake. The palace and lake has undergone lots of restoration of process with the last one being in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber. In this process the lake was enlarged, drains were diverted and tons of silt was dredged from its bottom...Similar to the Hawa Mahal, the palace is a five storey building in which four of its floors remain underwater during the times when the lake is full. Excellent hotel in Jaipur. Food and service are excellent. Their car service could use improvement - if you want to get a car on short notice for a local trip, they seem to be at a loss. Guests do not necessarily speak Hindi, so it'll be nice if they can give directions to the taxi person who most likely wouldn't understand English. Their suggestion to get Uber for a short trip ended up in a big mess.
