I have stayed here for 2 nights in June 2017.
It is a beautiful hotel. The service is fantastic and every staff is very attentive. I can see each of the staff, from the concierge to security guard to gardeners are well trained to serve customers with the best.

Awesome experience, the stay and the experience was worth the money. Absolutely worth the money.

Managed by Taj, Jai mahal palace is a favourite spot for tourists to stay after Taj rambagh palace and oberoi raj vilas.

It attracts a great number of tourists and hosts nice clean events in the poolside lawns.

great ambiance, royal interior, courteous staff, the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety from fruits to bacon , we had lunch at giardino, they serve italian food, and yes the pizza , i ll say the best thin crust pizza you can get over here, with lot of variety of streak and fish , they also serve finger licking starters with soup . the service was amazing , the interior of giardino with dinner near pool mesmerize the royalty.
the hotel has a lush green area where you can find peacock also. the authentic rajasthani thali at marble was also upto to the mark. they also have a good space for marriage and party . if you are looking for destination weeding and the city is jaipur you should definately book this hotel , or you can also called it as a palace. where you will get everything and most important the guest will be satisfied with the food and services. the hotel was converted into palace by taj , earlier the family of jaipur king live here. so ill say you wont fell regret after spending your valuable time at this property. the hotel is perfect destination for everyone.

Beautiful property, right on Ajmer road. Once inside, it's unbelieveable that you are right next to the super busy Ajmer road. They have multiple restaurants. Giardino, the Italian restaurant is one of the best in town. They have wonderful selection of wines, although a bit pricey. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped. Staff is very polite and friendly. Overall, it is a wonderful property and a must visit if you enjoy palatial living.

We had a wonderful experience at Taj Jai mahal palace in Jaipur. The Tajness experience takes you to a different level. Right from front desk to restaurant service were exceptional. The food was commendable and loved it. Would like to thank Akash (being proactive in solving room issue), Gajraj housekeeping, Dharmesh from Italian Restaurant, Raj from breakfast , Santosh in lunch , chef Shailendra and Manoj from Cinnamon restaurant

The hotel boasts of three world-class restaurants that offer multi-cuisine with traditional Rajashtani hospitality at its best. At the bar, one can have a sip or two of high quality wine along with friends in the soothing ambiance and enjoy the evening. This hotel is also known to organize cultural programs especially during the evenings. Guests can enjoy these programs sitting in the luxuriant lawns of the hotel. Spending a peaceful evening with family in rooms is another option.

A perfect 2 night stay at this fine former royal palace. Rooms were well appointed bright & clean with a spacious bathroom & views over the front lawns. All the staff were polite, courteous & professional. Again like previous hotels on this tour the food was very good. The Cinnamon restaurant was excellent & we enjoyed a typical Indian Thali. The breakfast had a good choice of food for most tastes. The gardens were vast & well kept as was the pool area. Highly recommended.

On this place there are many events and exbhitions held regularly. Event management is fantastic.

They charged us RS.700 for a 2km ride and the ambience is nice but the service is bad

The Jai Mahal Palace is best I stay in Jaipur. It's nearer to
Railway Station. The rooms are nice, neat and clean. All the food was
just fantastic. There are evening activities also like Puppet Show, Rajasthani Dance. There is a swimming pool,gym,jogging track ,yoga garden and pool table .

This place is very nice and has heritage feel to it. Food is good and staff is really sweet. Our daughter made friends with the staff.
Room are not very good but the hotel has big lawns and grounds. Good activities for kids to enjoy

The Manager Rathore takes great care of every guests. This is an actual palace renovated into a hotel. Its got amazing landscapes with beautiful trees with lots of birds,Peacocks. Almost 80% of this Property is open area and its got an amazingly huge pool. Food is the must thing to be mentioned. Do make a booking with All meal option and you will be bowled over by the hospitality and sheer variety they would offer. I have been there twice and would visit again if im visiting Jaipur

The view of this hotel or shall I say palace is mesmerisimg The staff treat you like a King. The food was delicious, every dish I had the opportunity to try had unique taste like it was cooked for perfection. And it sure was excellent.
