Have been there many times for parties and get-togethers. The food is really awesome.

Awesome palace to hang out with your friends & family

We had our annual meet recently and it was way too good. Beautiful interiors, spacious room, courteous staffs and the food was simply lip smacking . Had the privilege to meet the second chef Mr Sanjay Mathur and he will go beyond his call of duty to make his customers happy. Will be coming back here for the food for sure.

Staff and management still working like 1960's - 70's era. Seems like sarkari office.

Nice and spacious place with good facilities.A great place to choose for doing any function whether personal or official.Had a party here last saturday and it was a good experience. So thumbs up.

Hotel is good but staff like a reception people is not good my client was stay there they give them many shops name for got big commison from the shops and my client name Mrs INDIRA they was staying on around 3 Feb. And they got big commison from the shops so Becarefull from them they miss guide for Driver s but originally they have connections with shops and they got 40%

Well maintained and offers great hospitality. True to the name of Taj. Try to be here during times when not many guests are expected if you want to enjoy the royal experience better. This includes peacock sightings enjoying early winter mornings.

Food was good but rooms were small... I don't like the experience... Not worth so much money

Its a amazing Palace spread in 18 acres , which reminds me the Mysore garden. Here at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, we can truly feels the luxury, you can enjoy the morning hours with chirping of birds by the pool side with yoga session in morning gives immense happiness, the melodious tunes played by the flute artist and the Jiva spa where one can relax during the stay.

The Giardino Italian specialty Restaurant caters authentic food with the ingredient ,spices and cheese from Italy.
Love to visit on all Occasions.

When you are in palace, feel like a Maharaja . That's the story of this building . The horse ride the chess game play. Truly amazing.

I wanted to the classic car expo but the hotel wasn't letting me in because I was not from the "press" or a guest at there hotel. Last time I checked it was open for public

One of the best and the real classical and historic hotel in jaipur which depicts the rajasthani royal culture in its every aspect.
It's a beautiful 5 star hotel with all the basic and luxurious amenities, the lobby area is vast and beautiful, also the gymnasium here has all the facilities with full air conditioning.. wifi in the hotel is great. Swimming pool area is really good.
Well behaved and polite staff with the prompt services.. Food at the restaurant is delicious. And the rooms are vast and the ambience inside the hotel and the room is very cozy. This hotel worths your price and the time.

Great place, feel royal, great team. Elegant rooms and lots of open spaces. Exceeds your expectations, ticks all boxes.

Though this place is within city but still very calm. Much better then it looks from outside building.

This place lives up to the expectations of Taj hotels, very prompt and helping staff with smile on their faces. Over all lovely property and had a good experience.

I volunteered for an automobile art festival- Cartist at Jai mahal palace .It was immensely beautiful.

Nice old world charm. Not as grand as Rambagh, but still worth a visit.

I am posting it on the basis of their warm welcome, surrounding I observed, hospitality of staff and vibes of the place as I haven't got the booking for my stay this time. It was housefull. A marriage function was happening there and the music they were playing was just amazing. Though we were not invited but being an admirer of the beauty I can't stop myself to get clicked in front of this beautiful decorated garden gate. (With due permission)

Everything was bad..food- no taste at all, ambience, lighting aesthetics - mediocre.

I have so much to say but I am short of words. Firstly, due to the pandemic, we were very skeptical about travelling. What made us decide upon this property was the measures Taj was taking to ensure their properties are Covid free. I gained confidence after talking to them and trusted them.
Secondly, When I entered the property, to my surprise, they were taking more precautions than I could possibly imagine. Zero contact point between the staff and customers. Every corner has sanitizer and wipes.
Room was very clean and well appointed. Everything was sanitized.
The housekeeping people are following all the guidelines and working to their maximum ability. I was so relaxed looking at all the measures taken.
The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming. They have a set menu and can offer some dishes out of the menu on request. Food was awesome.
Overall, the fear of covid was the last thing on my mind when I was at the property.
This property is a palace and one can feel it by looking at the expanse of lush green fields and architecture.
Lastly, I would like to name a few awesome people who made my stay a memorable one:
Front Office: Mr. Amit. A gem of a person.
Marble Arch Restaurant: Mr. Anish, Mr. Shashi, Mr. Aslam & Mr. Laxman. They made our lunch and dinner time a wonderful one. So friendly and positive personalities.
Housekeeping: Mr. Surender. We advised him on what all to clean and what all not to touch and he did exactly that. A great person. He adhered to all the rules and guidelines and never misses the mark.

Perfect property to visit with friends and famiky members. A facility which would expected for a visitors is you will get here.
From security to facility each and particular area is tested by management team.

Confrence hall is perfect to sit 50+ members including dinning hall as well.

Parking is good but yes they can serve good facility as well.
