Awesome facilities...Polite and Sweet staff...Good architecture...nd perfectly maintained...

Loved the property as it is not very large but has the entire ambience of a Jaipur palace hotel. They have beautiful gardens. There is large swimming pool surrounded by gardens and restaurants. They have leisure activities like table tennis and pool. The service is excellent and breakfast buffet is sumptuous.

Located close to the main shopping centre and historical monuments, Jai Mahal Palace is ideal for exploring the fascinating city of Jaipur. The majestic palace, a vast complex of regal rooms, pretty pavilions and charming colonnades set amidst 18 acres of landscaped gardens, traces its origins to 1745. The heritage palace has been painstakingly restored and recently refurbished to offer guests the exclusive experience of a royal lifestyle complemented by legendary Taj hospitality. I recently visit this place and it is a good place to visit due to the Architecture and food but hotel service is not so Excellent but it's okay . Hotel can need improvement in this field.

We had a fantastic Birthday lunch here at their Italian restaurant called Giardino.
Nice salad. Very good mock tails... Would definitely recommend the Strawberry Panna.
The soups were great... The pizza brilliant... The lasagna was a little too cheesy for me.
We had a dark chocolate zucotta for dessert which was outstanding.
They gave us a nice squishy moist chocolate pastry to celebrate my birthday which was very nice too.
Jaipur weather was like London this day and we enjoyed our meal by the poolside.
Kajal took care of us and Pankaj was the chef who created the wonder on our table!

Awesome is the word for this place. Being localite visited lot of times. It is really an awesome Palace hotel.

Beautiful luxurious palace, 5 star hotel of Taj group, centrally located with sprawling lush green lawns, ultimate representation of royal era. Ideal venue for destination weddings and high end get togather or parties. Very neat and clean a class in itself, with very cooperative management and we'll trained polite courteous staff. Food is also excellent, to some may look over priced but rates are justified in view of service, ambience and the wonderful experience.

Taj jai mahal is an amazing property in terms of everything, i ve been there quite a few times and have done several events in the property, the assistance and help that the hotel staff provides is mind blowing and overall it is a very good property to stay.

I had my employee day at Hotel Taj Jai Mahal Palace... I really like the palace a lot... the hotel and the garden area both are very spacious... this is second year in this hotel when my organisation arranged employee day here.. me and colleague enjoyed the party and took photos of this lavish 5 star property...

Best place ever! Extremely hospitable. I celebrated my birthday there too, it was certainly the best. Piyush arranged for a bouquet of flowers and a cake. Aslam served us very well and was very kind. Facilities are great too and the staff is extremely nice. Patricia took us around for the heritage tour and Alisha saw us off and made sure every request of ours was fulfilled. The entire staff was extremely nice along with the guard at the entrance who never failed to greet us. It was the best birthday and the best stay I've ever had.

We did not, unfortunately, stay at this place, we instead just went for afternoon tea here I've day while in Jaipur and everything was exquisite.

Having been on a budget vacation and staying with friends in the city, we decided to treat ourselves one early afternoon and were not disappointed.

The ground were impeccable, the service was to-notch, and the food/drink was really good.

While there we saw a wedding taking place including all the traditional North Indian pleasantries; an elephant bringing the groom in to meet the bride, beautiful people, amazing traditional Indian attire, etc...

Would definitely recommend, for tea, a stay out a wedding!
