We visited all different Taj Hotels one in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbhai out of all we enjoyed our stay the most at Jaipur in Taj Jai Mahal Palace! My kids visited India for the first time and really liked the hospitality of Taj hotels! one speciality of this Jai Mahal is a very homely feeling and much relaxing place to be! My whole family had Spa services and they are awesome! Chef personally attended our table and cooked allergy free meals to take care of my children nut allergies! Food was delicious, authentic and welcoming! Their hospitality is much appreciated! A BIG SHOUT OUT to the Main Head chef in Jai Mahal! Food was great! Hospitality is five stars! Neatness is five stars! Much homely feeling! Love to stay again!! A big THANKS to the staff for finding my language and bringing it on time!!!! U made my vacation a memorable one!

we stayed here in November, 2020 for 2 nights. the covid precautions maintained here were really good, especially the buffet spread and the way they had covered all the parameters of safety is commendable.

food is good, we would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant . Room's interior had turquoise color theme, something we generally don't find in luxury stays.

With my experience this palace is awesome but palace security guard is really very very very worst guard tell i abused him. And i think security incharge need to improvise there security guard talking seance and need how to talk a people. That's why I given 1 star

Amazingly awesome, what a hospitality. Very very happy with staff, chef and every thing.. Must try experience.

But lack of wash rooms made it very uncomfortable for us,especially for senior citizens and elders on wheel chairs.It was very troublesome to take senior citizens to the hotel premises to use wash room.There should be wash rooms near marriage garden also.

The palace is has a beautiful architecture, beauty for the eyes. One will find it hard to believe that amidst the raging city you hace such a quiet place. The ambience is beautiful and the management treats you with great respect. We visited the Marigold bar. I would say Jai Mahal Palace serves the best LIIT I have had in this city. The ambience of the bar is worth a visit. You can take your drinks outside the bar and have a look at the palace while enjoying your drink. Being in Jaipur, this place is worth a visit.

Great heritage feel. The rooms are a good mix of older architecture with modern amenities. Superb food/service and a wonderful experience overall.
