It has been 1 year since we visited Jaipur. I have visited many hotels all over the world, but Hotel like Jai Mahal i have never seen till now. Our trip for jaipur was not good at all and the reason for that was our 4 yrs old child..who had fallen very ill. I still remember my 4 yrs old boy had fever of 98 degrees. We were staying in room number 368 and it was 10:30pm when we measured his fever we got scared...My wife called at the reception a girl named Jubera picked up the call. My wife has told her everything and the next minute she came to our room..we both were really scared and my wife was crying. She gave water to both of us and then she went to the bathroom and brought wet towels. She asked my wife to lay down our son on the bed. She was putting those towels on our baby s head. She told us not to worry as she already informed the doctor. After a while the Duty Manager named Gaurav has came to our room with doctor. Then doctor told us that there is nothing to worry about. It is just a mild fever that will be cured by morning. We were comforted to hear that. It was 12:00 in the night. Her duty manager told her to go home, then we came to know that she had finished her work but stayed there because of us. They all left from there and at night also the duty manager and another girl named Pooja called us two or three times to check about the health of our child. The next morning we had to check out and they all knew that our child's health was bad, so they gave us late checkout. On the second day of checkout, Jubera called us and asked about our child's health.

I and my wife have been impressed by their work so far. She helped us even though it was not the part of her duty to put towels on our boy s head.. I always say all my friends and to my relatives. Whenever you go to Jaipur, you go to the Jai palace. You people are doing a great job All of you guys have proved that whatever promises TAJ makes to his guests are True. In Jai Mahal hotel, we really felt that we are away from home and still in our home.

Very beautiful and scenic property located in the heart of Jaipur. The place was very well maintained and as always the staff was courteous and polite. The food was delicious and the massive variety of food means that you can ask for whatever you prefer to eat. Overall a great start and I had a wonderful time here. This place is worth a visit

Its not a hotel but a palace where you can experience royalty. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful, polite and always greeted with a smile. I tried their north Indian buffet and the pool side Italian restaurant. The pasta could have been better but the service was exceptional. Loved both of restaurants. Had a great conversation with their manager Mr. Jaideep singh about the city while checking out.

This is a review for cake orders we placed with the hotel. We would like to out on record the efforts taken by Mr. Shivam Sharma who went out of his way to ensure that both time the cake was delivered on time ! The cakes were excellent and the family loved both the pineapple and the strawberry cake. Our compliments to the chef! We thank you for the courtesy and the promptness of your service. Heavenly place... Best service, luxury rooms, beautiful ambience

Our stay at Jai Mahal place was very memorable. The staff at the hotel is extremely courteous and very helpful. Mr Dilip and Mr Narendra ji In particular very very courteous. The embience of the hotel is really mesmerizing. The food is of great taste. We look forward to our next stay soon.

This is a fantastic place to stay and relax. Excellent food, especially laal mas and anari prawns.
Outstanding hospitality.

I was a bit disappointed with the place. Maybe that's because I had super high expectations. They were excellent about Covid protocols. Especially food wise - from cutlery in packets to covered buffet tables, sanitisers in rooms. However, the food itself was very average. We had a standard room - also very average. Missed the Taj feeling. The property by itself is beautiful. Maybe it's Covid! Maybe under normal circumstances the experience will be very different.

Beautiful property. Amazing service. Very polite and courteous staff. Fantastic food. Don't forget to taste "Aslam ka chai" when you are here. Starting from the flute recital in the morning to the traditional dance in the lawns in the evening, it is very fantastic experience.

I attended a marriage ceremony there so no idea about rooms but I can say lawn was very big ,neat and clean,very well decorated, suitable for big parties,food was awesome ,was very delicious.

Pool is very dirty due to thousands of pigeons drinking and soiling the water.

The staff works from early morning to late night basically every day, which tells me the management dont care for their employees well being.

Taj Jai Mahal - The Palace of Our Hearts!
We stayed at Taj Jai Mahal Palace for 2 nights. I booked directly with the hotel and had access to Family Getaways Winter Package which was so amazing. We had included airport transfers, one half day excursion to Amer Fort and City Palace in a hotel car, some meal credits, discount on spa plus some other benefits. After I booked our room I had some questions and they were so prompt and informative in answering to all like no other hotel I stayed before.
We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM and Mr. Sankalp from Concierge Services and all the team let us check in earlier. He gave us a presentation of the hotel, welcomed us in our room and this was just the beginning of our phenomenal stay. I still remember the beautiful welcome smile on Mr. Sankalp's face and still see him waiving goodbye to us on the doorsteps of the hotel. The welcome drinks had a color and taste like I never experienced before. Don't rush when you'll check in. Take time to enjoy those drinks and the perfume that surrounds you in the lobby of the palace. After a long trip through India this was the only hotel where we took it slowly and try to feel like we are in vacation. My children had created such a precious memories here. Mr. Deepak from Fitness Center thought them to fly kites. Was such a beautiful moment to fly kites on those spectacular grounds filled with flowers, birds and music. A memory forever to be remember! We used a lot of hotel facilities on our stay! The spa was great, my husband had a foot and head massage, the food at the restaurant was so delicious and cooked to perfection! Mr. Ajay Mishra, Sous Chef, came personally at our table and asked about it; Mr. Mool Chand, our waiter and all other waiters treated us amazingly; The Omelette Gentleman, sorry for not remembering his name, was always so joyful and cooked for us the most delisious eggs any style someone wished and not to forget our Chauffeur from the hotel, Mr. Tejpal who became our friend as we spent some time together. He greeted as at the airport at arrival, he spent almost one full day with us sightseeing in Jaipur and around and he drove us back to the airport when came time to say goodbye. What an amazing man! Thank you, Tejpal!
The hospitality and service at Taj Jai Mahal Palace is so excellent and unforgettable. During our stay at the palace, were 2 weddings which contributed a lot to our Indian Experience. Just to see all the decorations, how the guests were dressed, the music, the ladies in sarees, the jasmine essence... just spectacular! My kids enjoyed in the evening The Marionette Show at the palace, especially The Snake Charmer part and had so much fun. We enjoyed the The Dance Show overlooking the beautiful gardens!
Thank you so much to all at Taj Jai Mahal Palace for working so hard and making us feel so special and unique while there! The people working at the palace, their smiles and warmness made Taj Jai Mahal to become The Palace of Our Hearts! Regards to all from Lilia F. and my family! Hope to see you all again soon!
