Beautiful, Lovely and Memorable place for Stay in Pink City Jaipur.

Service was good. Food below average. Rooms are heritage so small.

I am giving 5 stars because we only have 5 stars, The hospitality was 7 star.
I am highly recommending this property to users for its sheer opulence and amazing hospitality. We were put up in Crystal suite which nothing short of extravagant. The property is in the heart of Jaipur but it is spread so much that you hardly feel the city hustle.
Alisha from the front office took care of every small detail and Mr. Shiv ensured that our needs were taken care of.
Balveer, Vikram(2 Vikram in restaurant), Sachin and others in Restaurant ensured perfect dining experience for us and especially for our kids.
Santosh and Ghanshyam also took care of our kids well.
All in all a wonderful experience and lifetime memories. Thank you TAJ for the Tajness
The gym area is small but has all the equipments to take care of full workout.

Good for a weekend getaway! Visited from Delhi. As we informed them that it's our anniversary, they upgraded our room and left a hand written anniversary message , bouquet of roses and a cake too! Loved that. Services were good and quick. Only thing we found average was food. Breakfast buffet spread was not impressive. Overall good vibes and peaceful place even though it's amidst the City.

Added benefit - Went through the pages of a book on this palace, interacted with the chef on royal cuisine. and got a complete tour of the palace...

Beautiful place for Indian turists. Enchanting ambience. Not many options for western turists.

Great location for events. The food wasn't up to the mark, and so was the service. No valet and an inconvenient parking add to the experience.

The aura there entirely feels exotic and intimidating. The place is so majestic and serene, that it captivates you from the moment you enter!

Luxury is redefined at the Taj Jai Mahal Palace. We came here to celebrate our sons second year birthday and dint have a single thing to complain about. Hats off to the entire crew at the property for giving us such a wonderful and fulfilling experience.

Hospitality: From the moment we arrived we had Ms. Priya at the front office welcome us with a garland and take us through all the activities we had to look forward to during our stay. Then came our legend, Mr. Narender Rathore, the assitant f&b manager who took extra effort to make sure we had a comfortable stay especially given we were traveling with a toddler. Accommodating our every need and surprising us with the kindest gestures. Few of the other f&b members who need special mentions are Manoj who s hard work and bright smile we shall remember,Balwanth ji who s worked with the brand for over 30 years and was very helpful to assist with every need of ours and Abhirup who was also very kind.
If you ever visit this property do not forget to ask for Mr. Burman to make eggs for you. By far the best omelettes we ve eaten in India.
A big thank you to the room service crew as well especially Madan who made our rooms each day with a surprise.

Our only advise to the General manager is not to change the fantastic team of hard working guys for the brand.

Food: by far the most authentic Rajasthani food we ve had. Special mention about their lal mass cooked with love by chef Sanjay Mathur and Kuldeep Raj they very kind to educate us about the cooking methods. Not to forget that they have a fabulously breakfast and dinner buffet too.

Property: it is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. They have an outdoor pool, spa and kids play area and a lot of other activities like evening puppet show, horse ride, folk dance, live music etc. They also have fun short activities like baking classes for kids.

All in all a great vacation spot to unwind.

Love the lawns and gardens of jai mahal. Just the right place to unwind

A place of royalty. The beauty parlour is one of a kind. Ethnic wear outlets available. Fine dining. Really beautiful gardens and a perfect jogging track. Along with a kids' playing area with swings. Looks wonderful in the night with decent and elegant lighting. Courteous staff.

We were visiting from California and booked Jai Mahal for our short stay in Jaipur. We walked inside to witness their signature welcome, which included tikka and a garland of flowers. Jai Mahal in conveniently located near Amber Fort, which we visited on the first day. On the same day, we went to Nahargarh Fort, a short 20 mins car ride from Amber Fort. We arrived at Jai Mahal after our tour of Nahargarh in time to see one of their evening rituals, a cultural dance. Nearing the end of the dance, the dancer performed a stunt while dancing to the music that was being played behind her. Once that was done, the dancers invited 2 people to come and dance with them. Morning is the best time to sit outside. They have a great restaurant with both inside and outside seating arrangements. Outside, a musician is playing the flute in front of the outside seating arrangements. The restaurants serve a variety of foods, including traditional Indian Breakfast as well as Continental Breakfast. Around 10-11 AM, there are awesome complimentary activities in which you can participate in. All these activities are listed on a sheet of paper inside your room. Jai Mahal also has great facilities such as an outdoor pool, gym, ping-pong table, pool table, and children's' playground. We really enjoyed our stay at Jai Mahal!

It's a palace hotel, with, as one would expect, lovely, large gardens right in the heart of the city. Owned by the Taj group of hotels. Good service in true rajput style, excellent food, and surprisingly not unaffordable.

We booked Jai mahal palace, in order to receive a palace style luxurious stay. But Taj disappointed us in a big way.
Though the breakfast and the attendants were awesomely nice, with lot of compassion. The rooms are not that Royal.
They had only one folk dance for evening and puppet show for kids. The person playing flute in the morning was a beautiful experience. Also v could track some peacocks .
Overall was a okie stay not great..!!

Nice garden. Architecture is quite impressive, really gives a look of Rajasthan's heritage
