Dear sir/madam
I was recently at the Jai Mahal Palace with a group of doctors from Queensland, Australia for our annual conference. This was a wonderful experience for me and my family and wish to congratulate you for the very welcoming, respectful and a great service provided by your staff at the front desk, concierge and house keeping. They were all very brilliant. We were most impressed by the services provided to us by Mool Chand and Kuldeep together with the chefs at the Marble Arch.
