Everyone in the family had a wonderful time during the Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

Great place to just walk around and shop til you drop! If you have money. Unfortunately I'm balling on a budget so I occasionally just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoor mall.

Love The Arboretum. It's such a convenient place for some upscale shopping in the 'burbs. And, when you need a bite to eat, there are numerous casual and better restaurants. I love walking from store to store as opposed to being stuck in a climate controlled mall.

Outdoor shopping area with nice mix of retail stores, movie theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Italian, Chinese, and other restaurants.

Security guard Fernando, does an excellent job making sure vehicles are all kept safe while you're on the property.

Ate at Potbelly. Delicious! Then treated myself at the new Sephora. The employees there were so nice!!!

We ate at the Hampton Social Club and it was awesome. The service was great, food terrific and the place is very very cool. A lot of white that makes it feel very open and very East Coast. We ate at the bar, lots of seating there and pretty much every where in the restaurant.

Really good food with professional service that is as friendly as efficient. Convivial atmosphere. Stop in front wine bars for tasting and augmenting your cellar. BTW the almond wine is an incredible substitute for champagne! Serving for New Years and other special occasions. Good gluten sensitive menu and accommodate adaptions readily. Cooper's Hawk is a go to place of our entire family.

We ate at wok n Fire .the service was excellent..the food was horrible I didn't even eat the Spring rolls tasted old ..two different music stations on loud.. the place was empty..dirty and flies flying around..if my daughter didn't have to get back to her office we would have left..WHAT HAPPENED this place use to be awesome do not blame the covid for bad food and dirty..

Nice shopping area with some great restaurants. Cute outdoor ice rink during the holidays. They should keep it up all season.

Nicely arranged mall with upscale stores, nails and spa, movie theaters and bowling alley. Several different restaurants with array of cuisines are here. During winter months, they have ice rink too. Beautiful holiday decorations. Parking is ample and fun to stroll around when weather is nicer. Never seen too crowded either. Easy access to I-90 is a plus.

Each of our meals were fabulous...from appetizers to salads, to steaks and sea bass! Our server was excellent and very experienced!
Ruth's Chris makes an outstanding sweet potato casserole that we look forward to ordering every time we go there! And when we call ahead, they can make the sweet potato casserole gluten free.
The atmosphere is classy, with low lighting, and very peaceful.

The shopping center is very nice. There are a some pretty great restaurants here and one of my all time favorite coffee shops. The retail stores here are on the higher end of my price range (e.g. L.L. Bean). In the winter time they set up an ice rink which is great. There's a large theater in the shopping center too. Great place for date night.

Went to Cooper's Hawk for wine tasting and dinner. Always good service and good food.

What a great variety of stores and restaurants here. Ruth's Chris is always my favorite.
You can also bowl and play bocce here as well. L.L. Bean store has everything you need for the great outdoors.

Lots of great restaurants here as well as stores... wok n fire is excellent as well as Georgia's for Italian, pizza and sandwiches (Lots of gluten free choices - SCORE)

Best ice rink in town. Great for hangin out with friend. All them employees are really nice. Defiantly recommend.

KidzCutz Salon. Cute Haircuts for Young Children surrounded by many toys for them to see.

Great upscale shopping mall. Good food, shops and entertainment during the summer

It's a very nice mall. Like if you want something else than Starbucks, there's a coffee shop other than Starbucks. They also hold events here like the Trick or Treating.

What a lovely gem in the North side, I love walking through the streets and having something to snack on with the family

Great shopping center, albeit hard to navigate if you don't know your way around. Plenty of options for shopping, food, and entertainment

Felt like we were in Florida Hampton Social in the Arboretum in south Barrington was sooo enjoyable - the food, the atmosphere, the staff - 5 stars

LL Bean and Christopher & Banks great stores. Went to Potbellies for dinner also. Good food!

A little pricey but the restaurants are unique. I liked the new popcorn store they have. The chocolate store is also a favorite of mine.

A very upscale outdoor shopping and dining mall near the Jane Adams tollway. Easy to get to from all directions. A number of up scale dining places such as Ruth's Chris and Mago's. Also has a PinStripes and movie theaters for entertainment. In the summer they host some good concerts. The photo is of Seventh Heaven playing in the center of the mall.

Happily spent the whole day here with friends! Great restaurants, shopping and fun things to do.

It's nothing like pre-covid but stores trying to hang on.

Huge outdoor with plenty of choices for food, shopping, and entertainment. There are also changing stations for electric vehicles.

There is also a smaller mall adjacent to this place that has a Claim Jumper restaurant with a gluten sensitive menu.

I went to Smallcakes and Cooper's Hawk Winery at this location. I wish I would have had more time to explore the whole complex. I plan to go back when the Rascal Flatts restaurant opens and see more of this upscale shopping experience.

They have a very cute outdoor lounge area with chairs, lights , fire and a cool social room with ping pong table! Love the atmosphere, I wish they have more stores

Good outdoor mall or giant plaza. Safe lots of stores. Good traffic pattern to get in and out of the mall. Lots of parking a few restaurants both small and big but it's more stores. They had a scavenger hunt one year which was interesting. They spend money to keep the place looking good.

Went to Supercar Saturday. Unbelievable! Just about any exotic car you can think of. Can't wait for the next one!

Good restaurants and a plethora of other popular stores

The food and the wait staff were outstanding!! Strip steak was done perfectly, the taste of the char sent it over the top. Mashed potatoes were the best I've ever had in a restaraunt!! Mac and cheese was very good. Parmesan encrusted french fries were fantastic!!! 5 stars all around!!!

Great mall be going to it for years. Wish they could open a Express clothing store.

It keeps getting better and constantly add new businesses and that is the only formula they could survive against malls with better vibe /appeal and I think their management clearly knows that.

Looking for Summer Shorts(my size), found them there.

The ambiance is nice. Drinks are too expensive. Not very busy on a Saturday night at 7:00 but waitress acted flustered and overwhelmed. I'd hate to see how she was when they were busy.

It's a pretty and well maintained space. But I think you would only come here for a specific purpose to visit a specific store or restaurant. The layout doesn't make the shopping center a destination.

The arboretum is a great place for a casual shopping day. It s a bit ritzy tailoring to the Barrington crowd. I would say the highlights are Calibre Coffee, Pinstripes, and Cooper s Hawk. Although I ve never partaken, I believe they have an ice skating rink in the winter.

Altogether, you could spend your whole day here and go home with a smile on your face.

We came to Ruth Chris for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a great dinner and a pleasant experience. We love the calamari and the lamb chops.

Ate at Mago's. Food was delicious. Their home taco chips are great. Skirt steak was excellent. Will certainly go back.

The Arboretum is a destination you should see. You'll enjoy a fabulous array of stores, restaurants and entertainment. Visit the Arboretum and experience it for yourself. You'll come back again and again! South Barrington got it right when they developed the Arboretum.
