A very upscale outdoor shopping and dining mall near the Jane Adams tollway. Easy to get to from all directions. A number of up scale dining places such as Ruth's Chris and Mago's. Also has a PinStripes and movie theaters for entertainment. In the summer they host some good concerts. The photo is of Seventh Heaven playing in the center of the mall.
