This place was awesome! Jim was very professional and gave honest to goodness tile decorating advice. Real Ohio living and breathing landmark. Hope they're still around for another hundred years.

What a beautiful concept! The "kiosk" is gorgeous with all the glass. The employee seemed to know a lot about the pottery. She also made me feel special by wrapping my packages very carefully. Thank you Kenwood for an awesome addition to the mall!

This place. Just gorgeous. Gorgeous product and gorgeous space. Thanks to the helpful employee who helped me to find the perfect gift for my husband and son. Despite my lack of knowledge of the products I was still made to feel important and the employee really focused on helping inform me on the different products and which ones might be best suited to my needs. Will be returning!

Love this pottery store, a gem of the Queen City. Our yearly journey to buy a couple new Christmas ornaments is the highlight of walking around the OTR neighborhood.

New to Cincinnati just this year, I loved seeing the intricacy of Rookwood's vintage pieces at the Art Museum and then being met by the same caliber, yet uniquely different styles of beauty at the Kenwood store. I am always excited to take-in the variety and curation of what Rookwood's artists and associates have to offer! Kenwood, specifically, is my go-to location because of how central it is to my home.

After being brought back to the city where Rookwood was founded today they put out only the finest handcrafted works. A true American success story.

I love everything Rookwood makes. We visited the Kenwood location (Kiosk) and customer service was poor at best. We were not greeted by the salesperson or asked if we had any questions about products, simply ignored. Left the store feeling disrespected. Was planning to buy but decided not to. Got the feeling salesperson was judging us. Good employees of businesses treat all customers with fairness, kindness and professionalism. Disappointed in our experience with this store.

Their store is beautiful. Went through their store and was impressed by their ability to create a warm amd friendly area while still showing off the craftsmanship of their work. Really appreciated that the staff was willing to talk about what I wanted and explain what they were selling and some of the designs they had available.
