I am in the market for a new house and my agent has been very patient with me, week after week, showing me houses.

Two years ago almost to date I didnt feel as if Margie did her job very well during my first time home buying experience. (She was the seller's realtor) Looking back I left a pretty bad review that got a lot of views and probably lost business for her. Since then I have more understanding of her position as their realtor. She has help us out two years later, with no thinking twice of my review. I actually forgot I left it, never the less she reminded me of it. I promised her with how much she helped me, I would review and rewrite the review. However I still stand strong about not using Alaska Chimney Sweep. We just had a new inspection done and they have cost us $1500 for a stove they past inspection. Two years later that same stove fail in all ways and will cost about $1500 to fix.

I just paid $35,000 to move out of a Jack White "managed" property. GREAT investment! Never again.
Don't even waste your time on their website. Head to Zillow. You'll see the same listings. You can't even look at a listing without providing your email. It's practically malicious.
Absolute HORRIBLE experience !!! The predatory type techniques that were used on me, left me not only disappointed but (at this time) have me headed toward the court house to resolved the unlawful business practices that were used to try to rent a house to me.
My sincere desire is that they will use this as a learning experience and will not continue to prey on people ... this prey will not go down without a fight !!!!!!!!!!!

Called on Friday about a place that I wanted to see. Spoke to Keith Ivers who told me to text him the time we agreed on because he wanted to have a written record on the appointment and I think he was driving so he couldn t do it. He still didn t show up to the appointment on Monday. Even tried calling him which he didn t answer.
We bought our house through Jack White! Then 2 more of my extended family members also went through Jack White! They are amazing! Very thourough and easy to work with!! The staff is amazing at all 3 locations and there are incredible realtors at all 3 locations! They also have a great property management crew there!! I would most definitely recommend Jack White to all of my friends and family!
I have never left a review on google like this but my rental guy is Keith Ivers and I have called and texted him about fixing the air in my house this summer has been crazy hot and I have a newborn who cannot sleep in the heat of my house! It sits at 75 degrees at night and 80 throughout the day I am sick and tired of not getting a response and not even maintenance coming down to check on the house I am have never been so upset

The reviews on here are ridiculous, they are either not pertaining to the company directly or are about tenants/renters. Please don't judge based on these few occurrences and base your opinion on the whole company.
My experience with Jack White Realty was very positive. I had a difficult property to sell under difficult circumstances. Joslyn Blanchard was very helpful , professional and always pleasant. I will consider using her for any other property sales or acquisitions in my future.
This is what you get with a Jack White Real Estate rental. It's 11:30 at night and my washer has flooded my kitchen, AGAIN. They still haven't fixed the leak in my bathroom fan that drips water anytime it rains or snows, the massive pipe in the bedroom that goes across the entire room and leads outside has to have a towel around it at all times or it leaks on the bed and bedside table (not to mention forming icicles inside the bedroom when it's cold), the shower head broke and now hangs down because they wouldn't replace the bracket that holds it upright, the towel rod tore out of the wall and can no longer hold a towel...and nothing is done about it. I take that back, they did replace the dishwasher after a month of complaining and threateninging not to pay full rent, and the kitchen faucet was replaced after it broke and sprayed water sideways. But it somehow falls on me to schedule and work with the repairmen, and my landlord doesn't answer when I ask him why things aren't fixed. I'm at my breaking point. I'm paying $1300/mo and this is what I get??
Jack White manages the duplex we live in, and we've had nothing but good experiences with them. Service requests get fulfilled in a timely manner and the repair men often go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of.
Save yourself some time, money and a headache, from having to do the things you pay them to do, anyway. Angela Romick was my Property Manager, and after dealing with her at the end, I felt like she was my tenants Property Manager. Just do it yourself, and put that money up for a vacation!
