Worst Experience !!!

At the time of booking they mentioned that you will be getting assured gift vouchers worth INR 15k once you make 10% of booking. We made the 10% payment around couple of months back and they completely took a U-turn and said that you will be getting it once you make the 40% of payment.

Now today I approached Finlace Consulting on 26-10-2016 and they are saying that you will get the coupons only once we get the payment from the builder and i.e. after you make 40% of the payment.

Finlace consulting is fooling the customers. When you visit there office they will promise you the moon but once you book a flat they will stop answering your calls.

One should not buy property through them as they default on credit notes...Horrible experience !

I am invest in this projrct three month ago and project give return of 12% on my investment and i suggest to every one to invest in this projrct

They make fool of customers... Do not get involved with them... I am going to sue them for what they did... May be you should do that as well.

it took 40 mts from ae akshardham to wtc noida a distance of 40 kms .must visit to decide and invest .

No response from any of the consultant after the deal is finalized with primary builder. Ie no after sale service. No reponse to calls, messages or delay response without action.

If you are thinking they are helping you , they are not. Finalize the deal on your own so that so won't be having an option to think about any assistance or help.

not sure about the project as it was told that horizon anant construction will start about one year back but still nothing is there at the site I invested there but I think I made a mistake make sure before investment people are also not regularly picking phones

Biggest fraudster stay away from them group MD is also a big cheater they give expensive property than market price
