The company makes beautiful clothes for men and boasts the quality of its fabrics (100% Canadian wool), however their customer service is non-existent. I bought a dress at the cost of $ 800 less than 2 years ago and I have maintained it a few months ago, I was surprised to discover a tissue tear on a sleeve and yet I I did not get hooked ... after a visit to the seamstress, she explains that the fabric was torn by itself because according to her, it was an old fabric that was stored for a very long time. I bothered to describe an email to the company with explanations and photos, but they did not even bother to answer it ... I contacted the company by phone to talk to the manager, Sean Wilton, I was told that I was being shown on his line and I spoke with another man who made the decision to take my complaint and told me that Mr. Wilton would call back and it will do 1 less unanswered ... I find it very disappointing at the price I paid, if I bought at H and M at $ 150 I would not have been surprised but at $ 800 ...

Jack Victor is a company where is no humanity, it seems u working in Africa human right ZERO one of my family member used to work their there is a supervisor name Judith they train her to be very rude with the employees imagine they do not let the employees to use wash room all their job is by force of their managers, supervisors and yes even they own the Union I highly recommend not work in a place JACK VICTOR where is slavery

THEY ARE GARBAGE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU LIKE THEY DID TO ME. I rarely write negative reviews, but jack victor's experience is probably the worst i have EVER had. I went there to get a custom tuxedo for my wedding. The person who measured me might as well have been a blind quadriplegic because the tuxedo that came back was unwearable. The pants could not even be pulled to be closed and the suit was like chris farley in fat man little coat (and I'm 5'10 with a 32 inch waste...) I brought in the tuxedo and they agreed there was a major mistake and that it was not wearable. They apologized for the mistake and said they would make it right (this they did NOT do). They said they made it an athletic fit AND slim fit instead of 1 or the other or something to this effect. A week before my wedding the tuxedo came back from being fixed (supposedly) ... they sent me back the same unwearable tuxedo, they fixed the pants but not the jacket, which were both totally botched originally. For my wedding, i had to wear the pants from this tuxedo with the jacket from a different off the shelf tuxedo that i had to get. There was not time for them to fix their second mistake... of course they kept the money and refused to return it or fix the problem. I paid for a custom tuxedo and i did not get one. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
