They can't help in the poison, well, they are a completely different organization, no connection with Yandex.Passport and no interaction. Why didn't they organize an independent, controlled only by them entrance to the service? Ask which is easier. The code word is not accepted over the phone, since the account could have been compromised by hackers, and at the time of blocking by the mail service, the code word is considered compromised. Communication with Yandex.Passport - only through the form on the site, correspondence by mail, by phone and do not communicate in person, in my opinion they professionally organize the client to run in a circle, again around the flower bed, please ... The phone number is not changed at the moment the appearance of a client in the office, as in any normal bank, but on a written application, which is considered several working days, including when there is no access via mail. Why consider it for several days if a client with a passport came to the office to personally solve the problem of lack of access? Put the application in the archive and change the number right there. Service for the goyim? If we want - we will allow to change the number, but not immediately, if we want - we will not allow it at all, and we will also write off money under the guise of unknown intruders while there is no access to the service? Wipe your tears with a handkerchief while they look for thieves for years? Other thoughts do not come to mind, the phone number for card management should change immediately, even with a written statement, even by a code word from a distance, there is absolutely nothing to consider here, we are talking about the client's access to his money, which he entrusted to the service, and did not give , if someone accidentally thought.
In general, for pocket change, pay in an inexpensive store, transfer a few thousand rubles to someone for food, this quasi-Mastercard will do, due to its simplicity, availability and the ability to get a card abroad. And for information. The controlling stake in Yandex.Money belongs to Sberbank, not Yandex. From Yandex, only an Ikea-style office remained there.
