This dealership has to be the best one I have ever dealt with in purchasing a new vehicle and when I say new I mean new to me everybody from the internet sales manager did the young man who worked as our sales associate to the sales manager to the wonderful girl in financing we could not have been happier they did not try and upsell me they did not try and lie to me and they gave me a fair price for my trade in I would recommend Jack Schmitt to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle perhaps the thing I love the most was that I'm like every other local dealer they did not treat me any differently buying a used vehicle that if I came in to buy a brand new vehicle I haven't dealt with the other Jack Schmitt dealerships but if they're anything like this when you cannot go wrong

I drove 2.5 hours and took a day off work to come here to see a car and I was told it was in good condition. The minute I arrived I noticed the hood was in awful condition this could of been told to me before I wasted all this time and gas money. Since nothing was done with my experience while I was there I will make sure to spread the WORD about this place!!

Look past all the smiles and friendly faces and the " if you need anything just call" line specially if you're an out of state buyer. Salesman lied and made promises just to get me signed and out the door. Ignored my messages and emails for a week until I emailed a manager. Only then did I get an email from the young salesman with useless excuses. No hellos no how is the car running and no call me if you need anything at the end of the email. Next time I'll ask for the older experienced salesman rather than someone poorly rushing for the quick buck...

Kevin in the service department was awesome. He proactively kept me up to date on the status of my daughter's car without me having to call him once. All parts and labor was covered on the warranty. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Horrible Service department- I took my vehicle in at 8AM today. My backup camera was no longer displaying the guidance lines and the smart link apps were no longer there. I called back at 4:15PM to find out that my SUV had not been worked on yet. They were just now contacting the warranty company to see if my repair was covered. The service man also told me that my phone was not connected to my car and that's why I had no smart apps(Of coarse it wasn't connected. My phone was miles away from my vehicle.) I told him that when I get in my SUV, the phone automatically connects. The man argued with me and kept saying that the car has no devices to ever been connected. He hastily told me that he will call me when he finds out if my warranty covers the repair and then can fix the issue. About 20 minutes later I received a message that my vehicle was done and I owe $100. This was a surprise. I know that $100 is not alot but I would have liked to know the price prior to my vehicle being fixed. This is simple courtsey! This could have waited until pay day. Last time I used the warranty, it was free, hince my surprise. When I went to pick up my car, the man stated he fixed my back up camera and mentioned nothing about the smart apps. I asked him if the smart apps were displaying now. He then again told me that no phone was connected and progressed to tell me how to use the smart apps and that it will not work since I never connected my phone. He also told me I had to download the apps to my phone. I showed him pandora on my phone. "I know this, I have had this vehicle for 2 years!" I again told him that there was a blank screen with no apps. He insisted that no phone is linked to my vehicle. I told him that I was tired and was in no mood to argue with him. He even had me follow him out to my vehicle in an attempt to prove me wrong. He showed that he fixed the camera. He pointed at the display and said "see...there is no phone connected that's why the apps dont work". I got out my phone and turned on my bluetooth. Waalaa my phone was was connected. I tried to explain to him that there was no apps on the screen until I brought it in and they updated the software. This service man Jeff Weber was cocky and desperate to try to make me look and feel like an idiot. The service department resetted the display and updated the system. (I cant believe it took all day for that.)
I will never take or buy a vehicle from here ever again. I have never had such poor service from a vehicle repair place. I would expect Chevy to hold themselves to a higher standard than that. Shame on you, put your ego aside, this time the customer was right. Inservicing your employee on how to give polite customer service might be a good 1st initial step.

I really enjoyed working with Chris Louth. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and upfront. The car is lovely and so is the customer service. When we decide to purchase another vehicle we will be coming back because of Chris.

Bought a 2016 Malibu with all kinds of dings in it they said I don't owe you anything. When the guy sold it us .we paid 19000 thousand dollars for . Could of bought a new at that price in June I bought it on 5 31 19 only had two choices on a viechle . N no floor mats to. I had to buy them from there for 150.00 dollars . Never again will I buy from there . And the seats make noise when you sit down on the car . And tires goes flat in the rear . And never a thank you for buying there. And never a carfax either . My insurance sent to me it was in two wrecks before I had it and the motor was rebuilt at 10000 miles if I knew that I wouldn't of bought it

I thought this company was great at 1st, but I was sadly incorrect. I've purchased my vehicle in May of this year. I've already had to change 2 tires because my husband had a flat at work. Come to find out the 2 tires had already been patched and plugged. Now my car wouldn't start. It stated that the power steering needed servicing and there is a sound coming from under the hood. They are trying to get me to purchase a battery. The only code on my car was regarding the power steering not the battery. I've only had this car for 4 months and now I'm out of hundreds of dollars and whoever I was speaking with in the service department needs a course on customer service. My car is under the manufacturers warranty and we purchased the additional warranty. It seems like this place has screwed us over and don't want to take responsibility for it. I will never purchase another vehicle from here and I wouldn't suggest anyone else neither. Also, when you try to purchase a vehicle, they will run your credit to the ground. Several weeks after purchasing my car, I was still receiving letters from people who they ran our credit through. I will never make this mistake again.

Zack Schmitt was great to work with. He made this very scary process very smooth and easy for a woman who has never bought a new car nor needed a loan to buy one. There was no hassle, or trying to get me buy something I didn't want. The whole process took about an hour and I drove my brand new car off the lot. They are great ppl to work with.

I have come here often since purchasing my vehicle 3yrs ago. Got here at 8:05am, still sitting here at 10:30. I just needed a diagnostic run due to check engine light on and haven't talked to anyone since and still waiting. Last week waited 2 1/2 hours for oil change and check tire gages.

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for almost a week now. The communication is terrible. No one will answer calls, texts, or emails. Out of three people you would think someone would have the courtesy to reply. When they do respond I'm not given a straight answer on anything. I've been getting the runaround for the last few days. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend them if this how they do business.

Multiple signs are posted on the doors saying that masks are required to enter. Yesterday when I got my car serviced, all customers except one complied; however, the only employee wearing a mask was Jeff at the service desk. Jeff has always been my favorite at the service desk and now I know why -- he cares enough about his customers to protect them by wearing a mask. Unfortunately, Jeff's co-workers aren't considerate enough to do the same for their customers or for Jeff. I've had my car serviced here for five years. Maybe I'll come back when there's a COVID vaccine but most likely I won't.
