I had contacted the dealership recently in search of a decent used truck. At first I was greeted with hospitality, shortly thereafter came the classic used car dealership shtick. I spoke with the online sales representative, Breann Ardison, and I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in was in the shop for some routine repairs . At this point the dealership started pressing me into looking at another vehicle, which is typical, so I went ahead and check their inventory of used trucks. I was looking in the 5,000- 8,000 range, the rep was aware of this, and what really left me uneasy was the fact that the next lowest priced truck was 16,990. So I responded and told her the vehicle I had asked about was the one I wanted, she had told me the vehicle would be out of the shop in about a week. So we set up an appointment for a Saturday. I hadn t heard any updates on the vehicle in the week prior to the test drive until the night before my appointment was scheduled. She had informed me that they had decided to wholesale the vehicle, and began trying to upsell me again. It really upsets me to be treated as such by a widely reputable company. Overall this experience has been about as terrible as one would expect from a used car dealership of this caliber. You re better off spending your time talking to a brick wall, it ll get you further. Steer clear of this dealership and their unethical antics. Good luck.
