Great place with good service. Burgers are juicy and delicious. Fries were crispy and soft truly enjoyed.

Very good burgers. I recommend the ragin' cajun. Service was fast, friendly, and energetic.

I didn't ask for sweet potato fries but they gave them to me for some reason. I was too shy to say anything about it; they were pretty okay.

I loved the deliciously succulent Impossible Burger, the to-die-for strawberry shake, and the fabulous blue cheese dressing that made every bite of salad exquisitely blissful.

We found this place after taking our dog to training class. It was dog friendly. Nice spacious outside covered patio. Very Cali. Service with a smile as well as water bowl for our pet. We come every time we're down the peninsula for their burgers, chicken sandwiches, coffee bomb milk shakes & hot coffee. Would have given 5 stars but coffee always served tepid. I like my coffee hot.

They are delicious! Everything is made fresh and staff are extremely friendly. Even when I pick up deliveries for UberEats they usually have my orders ready.

Been coming here for years .... I love the fact that you can replace any burger you want with a black bean Patty .... And their black bean burgers are freshly made, so never any frozen store bought patties. The atmosphere is great for a family night out and the milkshakes are so thick and yummy

World's worst service. Waited 40 minutes to order after we were seated. Then we were told they couldn't split the check. Only 4 beer options. All were boring. Avoid this place.

Best burgers and milkshakes I've found so far on the Peninsula. Angus beef and Double Rainbow ice cream are matched by great fries and other additions, all fresh and of good quality. Four thumbs up, and I look forward to trying more of their offerings on future trips.

Service is bad. First I sat on the little table. I was given menu. No water. Sat there for a few mins. Until someone came up and asked me if anyone ever served me yet. Few mins later server comes and the usual takes my order blah blah after that maybe 10 mins wait I think the cook or someone brings my food. I know it wasn't my server but like I said no water no shake until they saw me typing this review.

Utterly disappointing, overpriced substandard burgers. The fried pickles were terrible, much rather dine at Jeffrey's or habits for a superior burger which happens to provide more value.

We go there weekly. Great food that is bettered by outstanding service. The owner is warm and friendly even on the busiest of nights.

My hubby was craving burgers and I was dying for a milkshake, and this place was on my bookmarked places to try.. so we decided to take a trip over to give it a shot! Overall, a really solid experience. They have a wide selection of burgers ranging from a basic hamburger to the ones that we ordered (the "Good with Beer"). They also have HUGE milkshakes that are very well priced. We got the chocolate shake with oreos as a topping.

I thought the burgers were pretty good - maybe not the best I've ever had, but I would come back for it. The shake was about the same to me. Definitely a solid milkshake that I don't regret ordering, but it hit the spot. If I were driving by either on my way to or from San Francisco, I would definitely come back! They are open pretty late (10pm) so it makes a great option for when you are looking for a classic diner experience and want some comfort food.

One of my favorite burger places in san mateo. Great burgers and milkshakes! Get the phoenix from the flames or the wine country and definitely try the coffee blast milkshake. For sides I like the sweet potato fries and onion rings. Go on Tuesdays after 5:30 to get a cheeseburger and milkshake for $10.

Not bad, but not good either. Burgers were decent, but nowhere near the title of prime. The chowder was made with canned oisters and was more liquidy that I would have expected. The staff was nice and friendly.

I like their fried pickles and burgers but it is always so packed. I don't think it's worth more than a 10 min wait when there are so many other burger places and especially now that ROAM is opening in bay meadows.

Great salad, good atmosphere, nice people and fires great but burgers are just okay for us not a wow factor. We just order the Jack's Prime Classic Hamburger.

Really good burgers, kid friendly, fast service, and the shakes are super good. Little pricey but customer service is good! Parking is easy, getting around during rush traffic sucks.
