Great burgers, great salads, great service. The monthly specials are fun and keep the menu interesting. This is definitely a regular place for us to pick up or dine in on the rare evenings we go out to eat.
Jack's, if you are reading... Why don't you hand cut your fries?

We live in the South Bay and drive all the way up here for dinner, it s that good. The Parmesan garlic fries are always AMAZING. The burgers combinations are good too, however for my personal taste the patty itself lacks flavour. My dad never says food is good and he raved about how much he liked the southwest veggie burger which he got on sourdough. The only negative is that parking can be hard if you go when it s busy.

Foods good, service not so much. Very warm welcomes present upon entering, that's where the feeling welcomed feelings ends. I mean, I'll happily pay 13.75 for a cheeseburger when it comes with half decent service but here it does not.

I'm debating whether I should add to the dozens of visits I have to this place simply because the service and prices don't match. Thanks pleasant Scottish accent having lady, thanks for taking care of our table even though we weren't your table.

"How about burgers?"

"How about burgers?"

Those were among the first words I heard from "Melinda" this evening when we caught up with each other. Said in the context of "what do you want for dinner tonight?" and combined with a Google search we found Jack's Prime. A great find.

Mondays are family nights which explained why our table was the only one without a kidlet installed. Plenty of seats available, though, even at 7p. We ordered a chicken sandwich and turkey burger, and the shake of the month (blueberry). The shake involved real blueberries (glad it also involved extra-wide straws) which was a surprising treat. The sandwiches left nothing to be desired. The turkey patty was moist and tasted (faintly) like turkey. The fries are battered and fried, thin-cut like fast food fries. The side-salad was a real (little) salad. We ate all we had and left quite full. We'll come back here again.

Been here twice. First time was much better...fries and onion rings came out cold. Spicy crispy chicken wasn't very crispy and not very spicy. Just very disappointed since we enjoyed everything the first time. Wasn't worth the $40 (no drinks, no dessert) this time.

It's a good burger, but the apps and sides are the best thing giving for the place. A solid entry for burger fare, but I feel like it's a $10 burger at the $16 price point. I know it's typical for the area, but still...

Gotta love this place! The ingredients are fresh and the meat is juicy!

Almost all their burgers are good. The fries are golden crispy and addictive! The service is very friendly and attentive.

They usually have a special burger of the month, which gives you the chance to always taste some new stuff.

Excellent hamburgers and fries. Classic, perfectly cooked, tasty. Have great milkshakes. Great waitstaff, friendly, efficient service. Food always arrives correct and piping hot. Only problem is parking is nearly impossible at lunch, so get there early.

This is a nice place, reasonably priced, friendly service, and good for for the genre of a burger joint. The Cesar salad with chicken was good and the burgers where good (slightly over cooked) this is a good place for families. Parking here might be hard but you can go to the next store and park here.

Burgers are delicious, atmosphere is easy going, and there's alcohol available. Prices are a bit steep (~$13-$15 per burger) and parking is limited, but a great casual spot located of El Camino.
