Was their teanant a few yrs back ,not a good experience

They are very good when it comes to Sectional Title

If it was possible to give a zero rating, I would. I am disgusted by the way the estate agent treats me. She did not even have the decency to pitch up herself, instead sending someone else to do her work for her. Does not let me know when viewings are scheduled, but just send the prospective tenants to come view without any warning. She calls after 8pm at night to tell you something that could definitely have waited till business hours the next day, or easily communicated via email. She only communicates via email or phone and it is certainly one of the rudest agents I have ever dealt with. I am moving to a different property and I could not be more grateful that I do not have to deal with her anymore. She is one of the reasons I am moving, as well as the exorbitant rent for the pigeonhole I live in. They did not even have the decency to make sure the walls are properly painted and the holes previous renters drilled in the walls were filled up. The tiles are cracked, chipped and mismatched. This company are extortioning people who are desperate to find a suitable place to rent. Disgusting!

JAG manages our HOA. Issues have been dealt with in a professional manner and so far service has been good

There services are pathetic. Waiting 6 months and still waiting for them to send someone out to do maintenance on a property that I'm renting from them. Only answer I get is it will be done. Place is falling apart and they are not a help at all.

Agents don't care about the tenants. As long as the money comes in they are happy. I lived in a damp rodent infested dump they hadn't even inspected prior to handing me the new lease. Charge astronomical lease preparation fees with no prior warning. Just expect you to sign the lease and demand a debit order payment so they can charge as they please. No explanation of what the lease entails. Just hand it to you and leave. Although the lease asks if it was explained to you by an agent. I would never consider renting a property that is handled by JAG. Most unprofessional.
