If it was possible to give a zero rating, I would. I am disgusted by the way the estate agent treats me. She did not even have the decency to pitch up herself, instead sending someone else to do her work for her. Does not let me know when viewings are scheduled, but just send the prospective tenants to come view without any warning. She calls after 8pm at night to tell you something that could definitely have waited till business hours the next day, or easily communicated via email. She only communicates via email or phone and it is certainly one of the rudest agents I have ever dealt with. I am moving to a different property and I could not be more grateful that I do not have to deal with her anymore. She is one of the reasons I am moving, as well as the exorbitant rent for the pigeonhole I live in. They did not even have the decency to make sure the walls are properly painted and the holes previous renters drilled in the walls were filled up. The tiles are cracked, chipped and mismatched. This company are extortioning people who are desperate to find a suitable place to rent. Disgusting!
