From reading reviews and job listings you are inquiring new help for, there are numerous NC Real Estate Commission rules your company is violating and you need to be reported if you do not start acting appropriately in your approach to obtain a property management company. You absolutely CANNOT have an unlicensed individual speak with, work with, and assist ANY homeowner on any home market analysis regardless of if it is for a rental amount or sales. Please review the NC Real Estate Commission website for ALL rules regarding both rental and sales before you practice any further brokerage services as you do NOT want to compromise whoever's license you are subjecting with your real estate malpractice. The ONLY legal showings a NON licensed person can perform is any potential tenants viewing any properties you already have a written, legal property management agreement with with the homeowner and that employee must be compensated by salary or hourly wage. Please review the NC Tenant Laws if you feel my post/review regarding your business is unjust.
Signed a rental agreement for a house with them. Upon doing our move in inspection, we noticed there were no working smoke detectors. Advised them of this. In addition the house was experiencing electrical problems and the A/C was not working. Electrician came out and made repairs. He advised there were issues with the electrical. The A/C man also came out and repaired the A/C unit. J.S. Enterprises never installed working smoke detectors and on the night of November 7, 2017 we woke up to our dog barking and the house full of smoke and flame. Fortunately we were able to safely get out. We lost 99% of our belongings. We were advised that they were going to hold our due diligence fee until the investigation was complete. We were never advised if the investigation was complete. We submitted a letter requesting the return of the fees. As of January 2018 we have still not received any fees back. We have also filed a complaint with the NCDOJ Consumer Affairs Division concerning numerous issues.
Worst company I have seen in years. Still havent fixed anything from the hurricane that hit Sept. 9th of 2018. If i could give negative stars i would. Everytime I call for an update on the repairs i get excuses of why they havent fixed it yet, i leave multiple messages for the owner to call me to talk to him about it but they never seem to get to him. I have a tarp on my roof still, drywall damage still, and mold thru out the house now even my fence is still laying in my yard because they say home owners insurance wont pay for it. Which makes no sense because home owners insurance covers everything attached to the house. To think I actually wanted to buy this house before i knew they didnt even care about their investment because if they cared i think they would have fixed it seeing how it has been almost a whole year and now hurricane season is here again. My next step is calling the city about the mold and having a inspector come out to look at the house. I have e-mails from January where they said all fixes will be done within the next couple weeks here it is August 1st and still nothing from hurricane damages is fixed at all. I dont even know if the owner knows what his office manager is doing because I dont think he would like any of this. The only thing fixed in the 3 years i have been here has been the bath tub and thats because i fell thru it and told them i didnt want to have to take them to court and then they magically fixed that real quick. It was broke since i moved in back in 2016 and they just got to it in 2019 really makes no sense. In every other review they seem to give the number to the office but yet the owner is never there and the office manager isnt the one that needs to be talking to people about the owners property's so maybe have the owner Jim Stallings take care of stuff maybe it would go smoother with every problem.
