I love Bakers my home away frim home....i hate going to big walmart....its not for me.

Great place and great customer service...average prices but a bit higher than Walmart! They even helped me took what was not on my WIC checks and replaced them for me... You just need to wait in line to be served... US Bank office also available inside...

This Baker's has been around for a long time and there is a good reason for it. I never experience long lines, they always have good value. I am in and out with what I need in no time.

Baker's used to be my favorite store but I'm disappointed in their refusal to stock chicken based pizza and lean pockets. I can go to other local stores and find chicken flavored pizza, but not at Baker's! I've requested it several times via their suggestion box.

My biggest problem is that they moved a lot of handicapped parking stalls. The stalls closest to the doors are often full. And when I do on the off-chance get a handicapped stall, the places to return your carts are far away from the stalls. It is hard for some of us!

They should have a safety service person to keep people from parking their cars by the curb. When there's a car there a driver coming in cannot see if anyone is using the crosswalk

Be very careful with your personal belongings.Made the classic mistake of accidentally leaving my wallet in my cart, a good Samaritan turned it in. My wallet disappeared mysteriously from Customer Service. Not sure how that happens other than theft from an employee, when the manager has checked every possible place and no one knows what happened or where it may have been set. Very Disturbing that you can't trust a business and location that I have been supporting for 25 years.

One of Baker's smaller stores, but a good neighborhood option. Nice liquor department. Deli department is great. Limited health and beauty choices compared to other Baker's, but still adequate for most needs. I wish they would consider expanding this Baker's. There's plenty of room to do it.

I think I am done. Shopped here for 35 years but the service is getting so bad. Just got back trying to buy a ROLL of stamps at customer service. The girl had me enter my card and then just left to go to the back room and came back and said "You will have to take the books we don't have a roll. " She took my money before discovering that. I actually went to 120th out of my way to shop Bakers there this a.m.. What a difference in appearance and service.

Bakers is my favorite grocery store. This location does not have a big selection like others in town.

Nice employees, good prices, decent selection; however, this location is definitely the forgotten Bakers. Other than some paint here and there, it seems there have been no updates for 30 years, and the environment shows.

It was nice. One employee stocking shelves was very friendly and helpful.

A polite gentlemen works here and his name is Nate he is always helpful and friendly.

Andrew, from the flower department saved the day today!!!! I dropped my keys & they fell into the one tiny grate in the parking lot...he fashioned a grabber out of a wire & didn t give up until he was able to retrieve them!!! Thank you for your assurance today Andrew!!!

This store sucks! II only clicked one star because it wouldn't take my review if I didn't give them a star'. They don't deserve even one. They never have what you're looking for, you fill out those sill little forms they put at the front door but I'm almost positive that no one ever looks at them because I fill one out every time I go in and it doesn't mean s... Even the manager could care less about the store. I'm shopping at Hy-Vee now. Much better.

This location has the friendliest employees of any Baker's location I have visited. Their health food section is a bit lacking so I occasionally have to go to other grocers for items they don't carry, but their produce section is well cared for (which I appreciate).

Terrible did not have any thing i needed not enough cashier no fresh produce out of stock of almond milk no cooked rostiser chicken .bakers has poor customer i was very disappointed

bakers has good food and serivice just check the food you buy necause it may have mold or just be bad to eat

Only 2 lanes open.. one of them being the 12 items or less lane during the busiest time of the day...

The only grocery store I go to. I refuse, repeat I refuse to go to Walmart for groceries. The quality of food is better at Baker's than at Walmart. The prices are just as reasonable if not cheaper.

I have shopped at this store for about 30 years and consider it "my" store, but some remodeling, painting, new fixtures, and general updates are sorely needed. It is becoming rundown and not a pleasant shopping experience.

It is great to see the building facade renovations. The parking lot was quickly patched and resealed but still not very nice. Hopefully they continue to update the inside of the store as well. Great start, keep going! On a side note... One of the most frustrating things is that they don't stock a very good variety of products. Most times I have to go to another store simply because they don't stock what I want and its pointless to go to 2 grocery stores. I will just go to the store that stocks what I want... hint hint ***

Love this grocery pretty cheap on some things the deli can be beat top notch.

There product is high af but when it's close you gotta spend to win....

Customer service is amazing, everyone always has a smile on their face!!

The people are very courteous and helpful. Many times I can find deals on the products I like to buy. The carry out people are sweet and ready to help. There is one big thing I wish could changed and that's the very narrow cashier lines.

Refused to serve me in Deli because I can't wear a mask. I was 6 ft away from the counter.. The manager, some elderly man with glasses told me if I can't wear a mask I can shop online. Thats not always possible for me. So people with health conditions aren't allowed to shop for themselves now? It is against the law to discrimate for health conditions. I stay 6ft away from people and wash my hands before and after my visit. Your breaking laws here and you can be sued. I suggest you fix your policy accordingly. I spend hundreds at your store every month.

I like Baker's very much only place to buy great seafood!

They have a lot of great vegan options! Just missing vegan cheese options

The flower area is closed on Sunday. Get your balloons and flowers early. Didn't know they closed that area when the rest of the store is open.

Lots of good name brand items and they even have hot food available for take home in the back of the store.

I have been a long time shopper of Bakers and they have always done well but it seems like for a year they always ran out of specials and the shelves were not stocked, but I find they have improved and I am able to get my groceries and not have to make a second trip to another Bakers

I Love Bakers I'm from Chicago so I'm use to Kroger products. There clean and respectful staff!

Been shopping there for years. The place is nice and the people are friendly.

Love going here, staff is friendly and most generally have a good knowledge where everything is at.

This baker's is one of my favorite it is easy to navigate and they have one of the best bakeries iv found in the area

I go to this store cause its close. But the store is dirty hasnt been remodeled over 25 years.. When I walked in the store there was no carts. I had to walk out side to a cart corral to get one and one for an elderly women.. Then shopping items were not stocked. I like Bakers stores but this one needs a total clean up starting with the inside of the building to some of the employees. When I brought 2 carts in an employee was walking out yes on his break but I told him there was no cart he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. I and my husband looked at each other. We know bakers pay for employees stink but he could have said I will get on it when.my break is over or I will tell someone. Thank you!! Clean up the store and pay your employees so they like working for Bakers... Walmart starts there cashiers $11 and other dept $12 to $13..

It's all right. The store needs updating. I go there cuz it is close to my house or on the way home from work.

This Baker's is great .But on Saturday I went to the Baker's on 72 and I all most got ran down with a cart.There were children that was racing the cart up and down the isle and screaming and the mother was drunk and was alfull.I would think that someone in that store would have stopped them but they didn't.i was there about 25 minutes .The garud he was in front leaning against the glass.when I checked out the chercker said that mom was really drunk.i told her I will never step foot in this store again.i rated it on star because of the thing that happened at the other

I like the bakers at 90 the and forth st I get a whole lot of food there

Very poor selection, many items are often sold out. Its poorly laid out and has virtually no organic selection. Most Bakers in Omaha are great, this one just has the higher bakers prices but is old and dirty like a no frills. Head to a different bakers or hyvee

Worked at Bakers for years during college and will always shop there. They always have great deals, all the stores just have such a personal touch to them.

I only go to this store out of convenience. Their stock is terrible especially if it's on sale. It seems like they've cut the choices of items per brand also. The guy working at the deli would rather be somewhere else and has on a couple of occasions make subtle comments as to try to sway me to not get something by telling me what it costs per pound as if to suggest I won't be able to afford it. I like that they rebranded the store on the outside, when will you remodel the inside?

Nice store with a really friendly staff. Great deli selection that is a lifesaver if you don't feel up to cooking

I was id to purchase wine and the supervisor didn't say hello or how is your day. I didn't like her tone and lack of eye contact.

Need to repaint the parking spots people are parking in the loading zones for the handicap parking

They recently remodeled the store, and it looks so much better! On top of that, my family can always find service with a smile, great food, all at the best prices! Many cashiers at this Baker's location are family friends, proving to you the positive attitudes, and the local personality. We always find everything we need.

Fair prices celery was poor quality but over all everything else was good I'd recommend this store

An update is needed. Still has the look and of an old store.

Store is great, good selection of things, prices a little high, but if I need something they have what I need.

You know what? All I have to say is, "it is what it is." No more no less, it is exactly thay, every time I been to this location.
