I got J.J keller, they say they stand with your co...

I got J.J keller, they say they stand with your company and help you build it. They talk small numbers then you get your first payments and oh boy your in a ruid of awakening. I had to wait about a month for my iftas. Then first week $1280 then second week $1815.
Like are you kidding me how can you expect so much when someone is just starting. And them as a company should know what it was like first starting nothing goes as planned but do they care no they do no . They just charge you more and more. AMD seems to never end not happy with any service I had with them just wish I did it all on my own.

We use some services and pay handsomely for the privileged. Apparently, as part of their service package, I'm cold called at least weekly. I'd say they are a predatory company and I'd love to find what I need elsewhere.

In November of 2018 we called JJ Keller & Associat...

In November of 2018 we called JJ Keller & Associates company and we explained them that we are a delivery service company and that we are looking into how to track our trucks. We were told that with their ELD devices and their services we will be able to track our trucks, usage of the trucks, manage drivers and so on ....BUT after we purchased almost 20 devices, paid for the installation and did the whole setup on the computer and spend all together in the amount of over $7000.00, tracking of the trucks was not working and it is not even posible with this device to track your vehicles. What they do is actually tracking the drivers phones, so when the driver leave his truck the vehicle is in dark. We called and complained and they had the nerve to try to sell us yet another device to accomplish what their device could not do, a GPS location for which we would have to establish the service agreement with yet another company. ABSURD! We called and complained and try to cancel the deal and they just played dumb and keep charging us for monthly services which we never even used. Even after numerous calls to cancel the services they were still charging us. Now finally after more than 6 months of complaining we got the cancelation email (after numerous attempts) and credit for only one month of services. We are now stuck with the loss of $7K and with useless devices from JJ Keller. STAY AWAY! We will seek legal help.

J.J. Keller has since reimbursed the $280.00. A manager contacted us and apologized for the representative we originally spoke too. Thank you J.J. Keller for responding and making good on your word.

We ordered oversized permits for 6 states. My company was told the amount would be $350. When we received the permits, the charge ended up being $630!! The fact that I was not notified of the increased charge was very shocking and disturbing! After contacting jj.keller about the situation, they tried to backtrack and say that price was not told to us. Company was very unapologetic and dismissive. Their comment was that there is nothing they could do. So, basically, jj.keller could of withdrawn up to $1000 at their discrepancy and there would be nothing you could do about it! Please do not be fooled or robbed like we were. We were never given the opportunity to withdrawal from the expensive permits.

Stopped in for an interview. The main headquarters is beautiful. The lobby offers rich history and birds to enjoy while you wait. The check-in and out process is impressive. Employees in passing were all professional. Enjoyed my visit!

The absolute most confusing training integration o...

The absolute most confusing training integration our company has ever attempted. I did not want to write this but companies should know... the products are not polished in the slightest when it comes to the integration side of things or their tech backbone. Simply outdated. Most content is not even relevant and at least 75% I previewed are from 2015 or later.

Do not do business with this company. ELD did not work with my 2015 dodge ram. Dash display would turn on then off constantly; along with the heated seats and steering wheel. I made multiple calls to them and no one could figure out what was wrong. I left multiple messages with higher up people and no one returned my calls. I went to return it today and they wouldn't return my money for the ELD. Tough to do business with a company who won't stand behind there product.

Is it customary for your employees to hang up on people?? I just took a call at my place of employment from "Olivia" asking to speak with someone who hasn't worked here in over 5 years. She then asked to speak with whoever handles our safety training. I asked for a number to call back if we were interested and she just hung up on me! You might want to conduct a closer screening on the people you have trying to drum up business for you. I had to give 1 star but wanted to give none

The ELD is an absolute piece of junk. These people do not care about the small company. They only care about big fleets because that is where the money is. If you are a small company stay as far from these people as possible. When I call them they just give you the run around. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

Do not use. They promise you permits then take day...

Do not use. They promise you permits then take days to get them to you. They don't hire enough employees to order permits so when you submit an order, they don't even go to the state for 4 plus hours. They can never fulfill their duties. Do not order with them or you will be stuck at borders with no permits to enter. This has happened with my last 3 orders. Don't waste your time. Use Permit Wizard or any company.

I used to order from Leslee with JJ Keller years ago. Never a problem. I'm no longer in purchasing, but am filling in for someone on vacation. I had 3 items to order and didn't know my account number and had a few questions. Sam answered and was very rude, not helpful at all and bluntly told me she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her to cancel the order before I got my prices! What happened to your customer service J.J. Keller????

If you need to buy something from them, they answer before you even call. its quite amazing actually. However, if you have already bought something, such as Electronic Logging Devices, then it seems as if they don't care anymore. I mean, they already got your hard earned money, why would they? Being on hold for 45 min before i can talk to someone about an issue is a little ridiculous, to state that nicely. I understand the high demand but I would suggest to the Keller Team to invest more money in Customer Service so the people who bought your products, will continue to use your products. Other wise people like myself, will look else where for the same product with better Customer Service.

The administrator is the VP to a place trying to be #1 in USA...also I never was able to get answers cause the website didn't exist and government-issued assistant in research had no info to give about how long its existed everyone by phone has no clue too.... Duplicate log system down, STILL!! Notified JJK 4/...

Duplicate log system down, STILL!! Notified JJK 4/11, fed a bunch of reasons for the fixing delay. 5/30 it was on the list for the Encompass patch/fix, got the call just prior that it was going to happen until 6/23. 2.5mos to fix something that worked fine until 4/11? We have 100s of duplicate logs because of the unstable ELD platform while drivers having to go back to paper logs and now can't process.

Just got (2:32pm 6/17) the "Encompass updates" the duplicate log issue isn't on this one either. We got two free months of service "so far" I guess I should be getting another month shortly? Sad part, it will take me days to process these logs as well as having drivers out of compliance because of a service YOU folks are offering. The credits are great (for my company) the extra hours of work are on me to do. I am so happy it is a great place to work. Being a client isn't so rosy - at least not from my seat!

Having nothing but trouble with the e-log now on the phone waiting for over half an hour to talk with roadside assistance. This is roadside service? Sitting while music blares while I need to be sleeping but can't get any tech support to fix what jj keller put me on duty and will then wreck my next day.

Today for the second time I was subscribed to a service I did not ask about. NO means NO. Sending me an order confirmation for an order of $1,000 with out a PO# on it is an unauthorized purchase and will never be paid. So tired of the "Gorilla Marketing" practices. The products and services are always great, but enough with "I am just checking in with you, oopsy I thought you wanted subscribed to that" DONE.

On Tuesday 9th of oct 2018 at 930 I called jJ and keller to obtain a overweigh permit ,today is thurs 11 of oct 2018 and I'm still in a mma match with them ,bunch on incompetent individuals working there but verrrrrrrryyyy sensitive when is coming to respect what they think they entitled to without giving respect ... according to them I was driving a 5 ft tall truck with a 9'6" trailer that cause caltrans to denied my permit ,after they took the payment they felt like was nothing that could be done for me in order to resolve my issue... so I'm stuck on az border and the load has to be in canada tomorrow.... stayyyyy away from them fond other companies...

After speaking with them the first 4 times they called and advising them that I have access to equivalent training materials for free through the BWC and therefore am not interested in their services they have continued to call multiple times per month. When they are transferred to my voicemail they have begun just leaving dead air messages instead of so much as identifying themselves.

If i could give negative stars I would. We have not received the tablets after waiting over 6 weeks. We were told that they would be available in 2 weeks, now it will be an additional 4 weeks. Customer service does not want to help and does not care about delivering their product in a timely manner. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. It is a lesson learned. If they want to deal with Source Inc exclusively they should make sure they can deliver the product. Disappointed greatly, we have wasted a lot of time waiting for a product we will never receive. Now they want to charge us the same price for a tablet that is not comparable to the one we ordered. So basically we are paying double for the cheaper tablet with less quality, just because they throw in a free case! Do your research and go with a company that cares and can deliver what they offer.

I called this company because I needed a temporary...

I called this company because I needed a temporary oversize hauling permit so that my husband could take a 10ft wide floating dock to a client. I worked with these folks for 4 days trying to get a permit. They asked for a massive amount of information and after getting all of that information to them they said that we would have to get a DOT number before we could get the permit and gave me a number to another agency to call to get that. When I called them he said it would cost almost a $1,000 to get one but that I did not need one anyway and to call JJ Keller back. I called back and spoke with a new person I am not sure what her name was but she insisted that I get a DOT number even after telling her about the call to the agency that they had asked me to call. She continued to demand that I get this DOT # until I just became frustrated and hung up. I then did another search online for temporary hauling permits and found the direct line for NC DOT hauling permits. I called and spoke with Cheryl who was fantastic I had my permit in less than 10 minutes for $22!!! I do not normally post reviews of companies but this was such a horrible experience that I hope to help others avoid it. Long story short DO NOT call JJ Keller for temporary hauling permit just call your local DOT!

This company is just too much with all the sales calls. Buy something from them one time and you will get multiple calls per day, every day forever. This is not an effective marketing tool! It is annoying and makes customers not want to buy anything. Also, beware of "free gifts" they offer to send - because we were charged for this "free" gift.
