Have ivertech for about 7 weeks now and I am very happy with the service.
The last ISP was unusable after 9 PM
Recommending it to my neighbours is easy

Absolutely brilliant from the 1st time I enquired about there internet service. My initial enquiry was answered very promptly and clearly and when I decided to take there service the installation was very quick and the technician was very friendly and didn't leave any mess behind and since I got ivertec broadband fitted there coverage is very good and fast. I can't say a bad word as everyone I have had contact with have been very helpful. Would definitely recommend and I already have.

Very happy with Ivertec. So far so good. I've been with them for the last few months and the WiFi has been excellent. Never an issue with smart TV PlayStation or phones.

A great service. From the moment I got in contact with Ivertec the customer service was super. Very informative and not once did I feel pressured into getting the broadband. On the day of installation, the gentleman who installed it was quick, efficient and a lovely man. The broadband worked straight away once installed and hasn t caused any problems. Overall, I would highly recommend Ivertec

Very neat job, and coverage is as advertised, and very reasonable costs.

Iam with lvertec about a year and a half now.Having had some issues with signal after a couple of months and teasing it out with Ger and the team we got there in the end they changed modem and dish etc this seems to have done the trick.
I would highly recommend Ivertec they always communicate with you if there is a mast issue etc or if doing maintenance and you will be without service for a period of time unlike my previous broadband providers. Gladly give Ivertec 5 stars

Recently had an installation done by Ivertec. Living in a rural area we ve had a long wait for a good broadband provider and Ivertec has not disappointed but instead exceeded expectations. I was extremely happy with the installation - the very friendly installer arrived on time & took the time to do an impeccable job, no mess & no wires running everywhere. He was so helpful, really top notch customer service!

The broadband itself is much faster than expected, with no issues. Have had no streaming issues, no problems at all!

Had reason to ring their office with a query afterwards and the excellent customer service followed through there too.

From the moment Invertec technician Shane arrived, we knew we were dealing with a professional. He quickly identified the best and most discreet location for a tidy little dish aimed at a mast on a distant mountain. (Aesthetics were just as important to us as internet speeds because we live in a quaint thatched cottage in the glorious countryside.) Shane worked quickly and neatly to establish an unheard-of 100mbs connection, and was courteous and approachable throughout. The result of his attention to detail and Invertec's brilliant technology is that we now have the best connection we've ever had, despite our very rural location in north west County Cork. Several devices work perfectly at the same time and we have not had any issues with speed or disruptions. Highly recommended - and be sure to ask for Shane if he is available!

I had an issue with reception over the weekend. I called the office on Monday and spoke to Colin who tried some troubleshooting which didn t work. He arranged for a call out .
This happened first thing on Tuesday morning. A very nice young man, Jim arrived and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes - the trees were obstructing the signal . He immediately put a call through to the office and later that afternoon Pat arrived and moved the dish which sorted the problem.
What a professional, efficient and friendly company. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

I leave in Castlemaine area where the connection is excellent. I could not believe that it would have been so strong. It does not matter if is a nice day or a bad day outside, you would not find any difference in terms of browsing or downloading.
In terms of technical support and customer service there is no doubt that they care about their customers. I have called couple of times already, just for general queries, and I have always been assisted magnificently.

We Just go our new broadband today from Ivertec and are very pleased with there service and customer call back, we have tried other companies but there service and broadband was not as good, we live in Aghadoe killarney were broadband is not really good and now with our new broadband provider we are very pleased.i would recommend Ivertec to anyone that is looking for broadband.. I have been using this company since the start .I have to say that their customer care is the where they realty stand out and the service is great. And when they say they will ring you they will !

Useless company. Provided awful internet service and never reply to any of my emails. They just ignored me hoping I would give up, yet they did contact me asking me to remove my negative reviews. Honestly just pathetic.

Much better reliability consistent service, engineer very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definately recommend this service

Joined Ivertec about two months ago and I couldn t be happier, I m now paying 10 a month less that what I was paying my old provider and getting over 30 mbps continually where s as I was only getting between 4 and 6 mbps, the wifi is excellent and the service is top marks, couldn t recommend Ivertec highly enough.

High Speed ,using for couple months, only 2 times was low speed this is why reduced to 4 stars

everything is good from installation to everyday use. Very good connection.

Been with Ivertec for nearly a year, Customer service is excellent and overall I'm very happy with the service. I know we get unlimited download but I wish Ivertec would increase the daily fair usage policy so I don't get limited to 3 mbps after I've exceeded my limit.

That was the best Experience I've ever made! Excellent support by the ivertec team, fast and perfect installation, fantastic setup of the Fritz.Box.

Excellent customer service, I had an issue and they were in contact with me over the weekend to help resolve it the sent someone out to get it back going again straight away. very impressed.

Fighting with Eir for 3 months trying to get fiber service for our Business, Ivertec has it sorted in less than 5 days - using the same technicians as Eir !!! Communication is key and they know how to communicate with customers, technicians etc. Follow up service is excellent and whole project worked out cheaper than Eir too. It pays to shop local and would definitely recommend this company.

I found the staff at Ivertec to be very friendly and accommodating. They talked me through the whole process and made it so easy. I was very impressed with the installation. It was done very well and very tidy. We have not had any issues since the installation and I would highly recommend Ivertec to those looking for a high quality service and a lower cost.

Excellent service. We have been using Ivertec for the past 8 years. Excellent speeds for streaming. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Ivertec for any rural home.

I am based in west Kerry and have been an Ivertec customer for over 2 years now. I am very happy with my broadband service. I work from home and attend a lot of conference calls via IP Phone so it is vital that my broadband service works consistently without interruption as a split second drop in my connection will cut the call. The Ivertec broadband gives me that reliability and consistency and I never experience problems with my connection. It s very reliable and I am consistently getting >20mbps. There s no doubt that if it wasn t for the quality of the Ivertec broadband service, I wouldn t be sitting here looking out at the Blasket Islands while attending a client meeting via an IP Phone! And I would also like to mention the Ivertec support team - the service they provide is outstanding. They are without a doubt the most professional service provider I have dealt with. Based on my experience so far I would without hesitation highly recommend this service.

My high praise is sincere and well deserved!

We have been with Ivertec for nearly a year now, great speed, it's only been off a couple of times (not for long) and I got notification by text to say it was off,,,,and one to say service restored, you cant ask for any better than that,,,,well done Ivertec!

We just got in Ivertec internet today and we are thrilled with the speeds we are getting. 32mbps , we did have 3 at most with Vodafone previously we are delighted and the customer service has been brilliant. The Installation was super fast and very professional. 5 stars .

Broadband used to be excellent after 7pm in evening forget trying to use it with Netflix, phone or anything, such a pity. This happened twice before reported it then it was ok got 48 hours and then gone again. Coverage just is not good where we live I suppose..very disappointing as it was excellent when we first got it..

Excellent customer care. Great communication with service outages. Excellent overall.

Have been with Ivertec for the past two months now and cannot fault the service, you actually get the speed you are paying for and not too many broadband companies can promise you that, quick installation and everything was up and running in an hour, well worth giving Ivertec a call if you are thinking about changing provider or a new install

Made contact with Ivertec on Monday. Neat and tidy installation completed in approximately one hour on Friday. Broadband speeds are faster, more reliable and consistent than with my previous provider. Extremely happy with the service provided by Ivertec. A pleasure to deal with.

Seem very friendly staff and quick enough to respond back to emails. Speed was good for about two and a half months but now very poor for the last 5 months, once it was so slow it couldn t even do a speed test

Called & left a message as I was unsure of the speed I would get in my area. Rec a call back within 24hrs. Installation completed within a week, with a subtantial improvement on my speed versus my old providers. 3 weeks later & my only regret is I didn't go with Ivertec long ago. Couldn't speak more highly of everyone from the guy who took my order, to the installation guy & the girl in accounts.

Very good service. We live in an area where the national service is bad so found it hard to get any Providers to supply us. Ivertec were very helpful and clear in what they can provide. Very pleasant staff and no issues to day. Have been with them for four months now and would recommend.

staying local and joining Ivertec was the best decision I made. I was getting no information or help from the big providers but Ivertec made the process simple and explained everything properly.
Brilliant service all around and if I could give a 6 stars I would.
