In a nutshell: it all depends on the project. Somewhere - for beginners, somewhere - for more experienced ones, somewhere on business trips, somewhere - not, somewhere a new project from scratch, somewhere a reworking of an old one. Of course, the level of salaries is not transcendental, but it is quite possible for yourself to find the optimal load / head ratio for yourself.

I do not advise people to get here, as the company dumps on orders, setting the minimum price and minimum terms for the customer, in the hope of intercepting the contract from other companies. And the workers who have to work 25 hours a day trying to meet the deadlines are paying for it. At the same time, the company is trying to conclude a long-term contract, for a minimum of 3 years, and more often for 5 years. And they put the sticks in the wheels when trying to break the contract ahead of schedule. During this time, people try to squeeze out completely like a lemon, and if they refuse to renew the contract for 5 years, they immediately get rid of the employee. Draw your own conclusions.
