It is almost impossible to get this party on the line for a question. Currently I have been in the queue for 20 minutes without speaking to anyone. Service orientation is hard to find.
Now 3 years a 4th generation heat pump from Itho Daalderop with auto temp (underfloor heating control from Itho Daalderop itself) and a flow 3 in 1 tap, never had malfunctions (separate from batteries replaced room thermostats), system works fantastic, very satisfied with it.
Purchased a Daalderop Close-In Boily in 2011. Used to full satisfaction for two years. Then the boiler started to leak. Fortunately it was covered by the warranty and a new one was delivered. This new one is now leaking again. Daalderop, donderop. It is that I have to indicate one star, otherwise the review will not be posted, but they do not deserve any star from me.
Very bad service, after purchasing expensive daalderop basic cube with the cool cube, no company to find what service wants to do to the CV.
Now that there is no hot water and heating, we are in the cold. after calling more than 20 companies who do not want to work on it, and with Daalderop we do not get any further and we are in the cold with the holidays in prospect!
Do not let Daalderop catch you up and prevent this misery!
The telephone call back promise has not been fulfilled. Nor does the promise to make an appointment with a customer. The customer has been sitting with a non-functioning ventilation unit for 10 days.
Boiler binnen drie en een half jaar stuk en Itho geeft niet thuis. Maar weer een echte Quooker aanschaffen. Toen we ons oude huis verkochten was hij dertien jaar oud en deed het nog prima.

After a telephone interview with Francois Pinheiro, we made our dissatisfaction known and asked for an address for another service technician. He felt it was necessary to contact Patrick Warmteservice behind our back and throw the problems out on the street. Here too, Daalderop does not excel in resolving our CV problems! We will look for a suitable engineer ourselves if this is SERVICE?
We are very satisfied with our collaboration with Itho Daalderop. Had good contacts. They are very innovative, and all products are developed and produced in the Netherlands.
Warranty was not fulfilled because dealer had sent broken parts to wrong location - had to email for 2 months (no reply) and call (deny they had received proof of dispatch). The 2 parts cost 380, - while a new ventilation box costs 208: earnings model ??. And these costs already after 3.5 years. Eventually, after irrefutable proof of warranty, due to "leniency" parts reimbursed to dealer.
Already bought a Daalderop close in boily twice, which broke down twice within 2 years. The first time we did not realize that we still had a guarantee, so that was our own fault. Now the second one is broken again. Daalderop assesses remotely, (without seeing the device, dismantling it or whatever) that just that ONE part in the entire device that has NO warranty is broken. (If I'm not mistaken, the heat exchanger) Nice and easy. In other words, we should buy a new close in boily for the third time in 4 years (at our own expense). For us never again Daalderop with the worthless service !!!!
Recognizable stories here. We have also opted for a Floww, or Itho Daalderop or Franke or whatever it is called Close In boiler (for 3-in-1 boiling water tap. Seems to me a case of 'label slapping'. All the same system with a different brand on it In 6 years time we have worn 2 (1 due to lime and 1 defective heating element), invested extra in expensive lime filters that were not recommended at the time of purchase (+400 euros in 6 years!), Leakage, handles that come off continuously. .. I will never buy one of the above brands again! Ready with it! (Also to Quooker, more expensive to purchase but much better quality)

The extraction system of this company installed here by the Alliance had stopped working after a month. Services cannot be called existing. Stand on hold for half an hour without being assisted or referred.
We have had our Floww 3 in 1 tap for three and a half years, recently the boiler has given up and a major leak has come to light. The flaws were: -Defective boiler (circuit board defective, this is a production error) -Torn boiling water hose (this was wear, at least according to the company Daalderdop) This released a large amount of steam. -Various leaks on the cold and hot water hose. -Spraying inlet combination
The collateral damage of the above problem is in the thousands of euros. Daalderop does not provide any warranty and / or leniency in any way and considers these defects "normal". A mechanic can be sent a 120 and only then the print will be replaced under courtesy. The other parts must be settled with an extreme margin.
In my opinion, the Floww faucet has structural manufacturing errors! Despite this, the service is zero. Really worthless otherwise I can not call it. Think before you begin.
Business in total 4 boilers purchased from the Itho brand. Concerns the Kli-max and the Aquamax. Are now just under 6 years later and the last one just died. Always carried out tidy maintenance and now paid more in repairs than the Boilers are worth. My advice is then never buy an Itho Daalderop central heating boiler! Just a shameful excuse for boilers!
I guess I'm not going to do business with this club, I've been on hold for almost half an hour now and I've moved up 1 place, from 5 to 4. This promises something for the service in the future ... Finally opted for the call-back option ... If your organization does not want your customers to call you, be honest and open about that, instead of keeping them on the line (sorry) ...
The customer service is just horrible! No interest in the client once you bought their product. I really regret choosing this company, now i'm locked with a device (WTW, HRV) for thousands of euros without ANY support from the manufacturer.
