Very difficult guys work there. They do not pay bills and generally throw their customers money. Completely refuse to cooperate quietly (freeze from you). Therefore, if you need problems with the documentation or you want to place someone else s ad on your resources for free, then you are welcome!
There are pluses and minuses.
Plus: there is something to learn, you can develop in the company, there is no special fluidity. Employees work for 2/5/10 years, the leadership goes to contact, educate. I worked in the company for 3 years.
Less: delays in sp. (sometimes for a month, sometimes for a week, it always depended on the payment of customers).
