I was completely surprised when checked in at the hotel as the price I paid and the hotel I entered was way beyond my expectation. The staff, the food, the location, and the Ambience everything was awesome. It is a great place to stay... It's a mini wonderland. Fantastic decor, beautiful maintenance, great food and great service. Lovely grounds. The hospitality extended by the staff is extraordinary. Especially during a hurried checkout, Aditi Razdan was very attentive in resolving mutiple issues very quickly. Intend to repeat the experience very soon.

Very sad to be in this hotel after confirmation of free wifi by the site the gent at the check in counter refuses to honour after some time says book from our site , will give you in one room we booked two rooms as if hes doing a charity to us besides being a member of star wood and itc club member being a regular guest you feel so bad by this unprofessional welcome

with all the basic and luxurious amenities, the lobby area is vast and beautiful, also the gymnasium here has all the facilities with full air conditioning.. free wifi in the hotel is great. Swimming pool area is really good.
Well behaved and polite staff with the prompt services.. Food at the restaurant is delicious. And the rooms are vast and the ambience inside the hotel and the room is very cozy. This hotel worths your price and the time.

I have been visiting this hotel for last twenty years, off and on. I visited two days back, after a gap of about ten months. Horrible deterioration in property and services. Even gods quality and service was very inferior in the garb of Covid-19.

The hotel has a run-down look. The location is terrible.

Excellent hotel, nice buffet, room, pool and fitness center.....same quality like other ITC like Maurya Delhi and Mogul at Agra.......we enjoyed our stay there.

The stay was great but the service not so! They should improve the customer care and also check the rooms before giving them to the customers. AC not working for 2 nights and making them fix it because we couldn't sleep is definitely the reason why I would think twice before booking them!
