Lovely Hotel with awesome open pool area courtyard. Rooms are small. Only problem. Food is good.

I had great stay at Itc Rajputana , my worry was hygiene of the room during this pandemic however the rooms were super clean and hygienic.

I appreciate Jitender Rathore & Manish from Fnb for the quick services.

i stayed here in June. Its a nice hotel but the staff at their dining place are not really good. Totally unfriendly staff. Also i used their chauffer service for shopping in the evening. Got a really bad guy, he took us to his acquaintances one after the other when we asked him to take as to some shopping malls. He wasted our time, giving us a tour of entire jaipur city until 8pm. Such a bad guy that it was an awful experience.

This has been one of the best hotels I have visited so far. The luxury hotel has magnificent lobby and meticulous decor. The staff gives a warm welcome and interacts at regular intervals to make you as comfortable as possible. The rooms are quite large and the dining is sumptuous and delicious.Moreover the location is quite central with greenery around. Lot of things for kids to enjoy.
They showed great hospitality making a pleasurable stay.

Room 1416, the room has a strong smell of mold, in fact it feels like a lot of humidity. The bathroom light is flashing, the shower is barely warm. Fortunately we only stayed one night. Luxury? no joke ... 2/3 star standard.

Good place in the heart of the city. Close to all sight seeing places

It's a beautiful place. Good view location and near to jaipur railway station jaipur oldest luxury hotel there have many memorial events and more activities. And look like heritage hotel and colour also pink like for combination of pink city. Few minutes walk and drive to railway station jaipur and airport 14km. There have luxury room and fitness centre. Spa also available. The hotel is a perfect location and a relaxing atmosphere.

Being a Club ITC member I could back that the experience I got during my stay in ITC Rajputana was not at all upto to its standards.
The room we got was some weird poorly designed chamber with no access to a corporate work desk and even internet was not complimentary. Room lights control system had some non functioning keys. I also ordered a meal via in room dining but to my shock, frozen food was served, though it was replaced in 30 minutes.
Well the attitude of the staff is also cold, probably they are overconfident because they got a job at ITC. Trust I had to leave early from this place, the negative enery and aroma of the place was too difficult to handle.
Not Acceptable by ITC.

One of the best hotels in Rajasthan. It's just on the walking distance from the Jaipur Railway station. Easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Well decorated and architecture. Service of the hotel has always been outstanding and the people associated are always helpful and responsive. All the three restaurants are having awesome ambience and the food is good. Highly recommended.

With state of the art infrastructure it has every luxury to offer for your stay. It s proximity to railway station and sindhi camp bus depot makes it easily accessible. Overall a good hotel to spend time with your family or on a business trip.

Good ambience, entry and exit are too cramped. Food needs to be improved in taste. Presentation is good though.

Recently renovated, beautiful lobby, a fun pool side with small beds to lie down and enjoy the blue sky. Great food!

Great hospitality and royal treatment. My mother was to arrive before us and she was received at airport and allowed to checkin without any fuss. She also tried the spa which was awesome as per her. Right in middle of the city and hence accessible frlm most of the attraction points and station and airport. Only downside was wifi was paid.

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Pool was well maintained and beautiful. Can play snooker and table tennis. Rooms was luxurious and very clean. Hotel is easily approachable.

This is one of my favourite places in Jaipur.
It excel in each category of its categories whether it comes to stay, food & beverages, ambience, hospitality of the staff, and cleanliness. It's a beautiful place to go and relax with your family or midnight food cravings of your wife .

Nice hotel with couple of nice events planned within the premises! They could include more cultural extravaganzas in-house to entertain the tourists! Overall a good experience.
