A superb hotel having beautiful ambiance and luxurious facility ..We had three night stay there ..all the staff are very familiar and dedicated towards their duty..I would like to mention two name first one from Jal Mahal Mr Jatinder very very caring smart champ..you made our stay memorable because we are having small Childers so he always take care of our seat and meal..a big thank to u and on reception side Mr Hitesh thank for so much co operation. .I would highly recommend this property

ITC hotels have always been setting benchmarks in the field of hospitality and their hotels continue to offer old world charm nicely bottled in a modern day luxury which delights even the most picky of travellers. The Rajputana is no less and despite the very ordinary exteriors opens up a world of luxury the minute you enter. The hospitality is top notch and you are treated like kings from the word go. The rooms are very well appointed and even the standard room is large thanks to the design of yesteryears. Compared to the other properties of ITC there is a limited number of restaurants that you get here, of course the legendary Peshawari is there. The food is good and meets expectations of the chain. All and all if you wanna feel like a king living in medieval luxury this is the place to be.

A beautifully bulit property at the heart of the city with easy connectivity to the railway station and airport. The hotel is palatial with service of top notch quality.

Five star is less to give to this luxury place...when you enter this place you get a refressing feeling..the ambience is unbelievable...rooms are spaciois...remote controlled lights....sheesh mahal in the hotel is so amazing...when u are in jaipur...u must spend atleast one night here if your pocket allows...for 2 person it will not cost more than 15k including food

A beautiful hotel typically Rajasthan. Friendly staff and good service. Only drawback....their breakfast is not the ITC standard and the staff in the dining hall is not efficient.

5 star hotel with all you expect. Good food and ambience. Grt service. However congestion at entry gate. But just a minor setback if u choose this grt hotel.

Very good heritage look but price is much higher if you compare against quality

Place one should visit, provided if your pockets allow. Just come here and enjoy the lifehood of typical rajputana style and the aroma which comes the movement you entre hotel and its rooms.

Visited for a meal with family. Enjoyed the royal experience and had very tasty safed maas

I stayed there as part of the weekend trip we did recently for Jaipur and really liked the place. The hotels is one of the most luxurious hotel with amazing hospitality and very good Staff.

Location: The hotel is situated in the middle of the city. All the major tourist places are nearby. We were able to reach the walled city, statue circle etc. in matter of minutes. The railway station is literally next door.

Ambience: As expected from all ITC hotel , the place is luxurious. Its spotless clean. The lobby is big with a huge marble staircase and a beautiful water fountain in the middle. The day we went the hotel was fully booked and therefore the lobby was in a mess with guests checking in. Even though the check in was smooth I felt it could have been handled in a better way. The swimming pool is located in the middle of the hotel. The swimming pool is huge with loungers and comfortable seating everywhere. Really liked this area of the hotel.

Restaurant: We tried Peshwari for dinner which is excellent. I will really recommend it to anyone who is either staying at the hotel or going to Jaipur to have at least one meal here. The morning buffet was in Sheesh Mahal as the other places were full. Sheesh Mahal is beautifully done with painting and marble top furniture.

Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. As the hotel is one of the older properties in Jaipur the rooms are a little dated but they do exude comfort and luxury. Everything of need was available and the room service does come and ask if anything else is needed as well. We had a room on the first floor facing the swimming pool which we liked a lot. The rooms on the outer side do not have a great view so definitely go for rooms facing inwards towards the pool.

Overall : Hotel is very comfortable, luxurious and the staff is amazing. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is travelling to Jaipur.

The first thing u notice will be its staff.....ITC's staff is very friendly. food is flawless it's having kind of a royal like feeling and swimming pool, massage centre,gym.....they are just superb. Rooms are luxury and cozy too ...

The place is amazing being situated in the heart of the city.

The behaviour of staff members was so amazing. The food quality and hygiene of lobby and hotel area was exceptionally well. I m interested to revisit and stay here again. Overall it was wonderful experience.

BEST PLACE FOR STAY NEAR TO RAILWAY STATION , NEAR BY BUS STAND VERY BIG BANQUET HALL LOBBY IS GREAT FACILITY IS HEAVY

Part great and part shocking for what is to be a luxury hotel. The restaurant staff at Jal Mahal were absolutely friendly and made for a great start to the day, every day. Jaipur Pavillion, and Peshawri were awesome for food and service as well. Avoid the pool if you have you kids: they really have made some errors in marking depth! Guest relations was virtually non-existent, quite unlike the ITC Chola or Windsor where we've stayed previously.

They provides the best deals on cheap budget. There are multiple ways to make an online hotel booking. So its too easy to book.
