ITC may have some unpopular reviews on here from adjacent property owners who have had poor experiences however my experience with them has been positive. If you look at the overall reliability of bulk energy transmission and their partnership with MISO and DTE, I'd say the lights stay on pretty much always, no matter what, which is directly attributable to their operations. ITC trespassed and destroyed multiple bushes on my land. Zero stars would be my vote if I could.

These people didn t even come to knock on the door to tell me they d have their heavy equipment driving all over my land. The bushes they destroyed weren t under their power lines nor were they a threat of any kind. How can a 10 honeysuckle bush threaten power lines that are 50-100 in the air??

Stay away from this company if you have the chance. Unfortunately I did not.

Great transmission company. Good community involvement and appreciating for the environment.
