ITC may have some unpopular reviews on here from adjacent property owners who have had poor experiences however my experience with them has been positive. If you look at the overall reliability of bulk energy transmission and their partnership with MISO and DTE, I'd say the lights stay on pretty much always, no matter what, which is directly attributable to their operations. Keep up the good work! And PM me for a tour of your Novi NOC someday, I'd love to see that! 345kV Pontiac-Wixom segment below
